Rollercoaster for the Nose
I first smelled the fragrance on a test strip outside a store - at 3 degrees Celsius - and found it immediately very interesting due to its smokiness.
In the store, I sprayed the fragrance again, and my girlfriend - standing next to me - nearly had to vomit because it smelled completely of blood - even in hindsight, I wouldn't recommend smelling both the cap and the sprayer at the same time, as the smokiness combined with the iron from the cap really gives off a very blood-like scent.
Now to the fragrance:
The journey begins with a very, very smoky note that lasts for about thirty minutes.
After that, I get a pleasant smoke that is more reminiscent of tobacco, mixed with a sweetness that I can't identify - overall very pleasant.
After about an hour, the smoke completely recedes, and woody and earthy notes take center stage, remaining until the end (on my skin between 20 & 26 hours). The previously described sweetness returns for me after 3/4 of an hour, making the fragrance smell rather warm to me.
In conclusion, I would say that this fragrance is incredibly good and truly takes you on a journey. In my opinion, it is especially suitable for winter/autumn, and it should only be worn. It’s not a daily fragrance for me personally, but it is ideal for special occasions or particularly cold days - I personally use 3 sprays and still perceive the fragrance on my neck even after 12+ hours - olfactory blindness fears this perfume.
For the price, it's probably the most interesting thing you can get.
