Something From The Last Century

Good evening friends of fragrances, I wanted to tell you about a new perfume that appeared on the shelves of Tigotà, a beauty, and home care group. I am talking about BASILE Oceano, EDT pour Homme of 100ml to less than 15euro.

Taken in a closed box, the only item just arrived and without a tester, I try it as soon as it comes out of the store, hoping it was not yet another dupe of CD Sauvage, Chanel Bleu, or ZD Cool Water. To my great surprise, I discovered a fougére-aquatic, with a citrusy opening with green herbaceous reflections. I feel some carnation, and immediately something from the last century, the 80s and 90s, comes to mind, but the association escapes me. In evolution, it takes on aquatic tones of violet leaves, watery but not marine or brackish, with a touch of talc typical of iris. Woody and musky finish, not white musk, but more similar to oakmoss.

I have yet to prove the performance, but at the moment I would say it exceeded my expectations, while not being anything disruptive!

Stay tuned,

Elysium
