If I could choose only one summer fragrance, I would without hesitation choose this one.

You feel as if you've just showered and moisturized, and you can handle the hot temperatures without any problems.
In many anxious moments in life, I wore it, and it gave me comfort; I associate no negative memories with the scent in connection with the experience.
I've never had a migraine from it, nor has it ever been too much for me.
The fragrance unfolds on my skin
linearly, and I can wear it from early summer to early autumn; then it goes into hibernation, waiting for the warmth to return so it can finally scent me again.

Since unsweetened scents develop sweetly on my skin and I usually avoid sweet fragrances because they quickly give me headaches, I generally prefer citrusy, fresh, floral musk scents, and many simply feel sticky and unpleasant to me, Ameerat al Arab has surprisingly impressed me positively.
It starts fresh, fruity, and floral, and I can easily perceive the oud. It is sweet but still pleasant.
Even though I live in a very hot climate and it is high summer, I find it pleasantly feminine and elegant, albeit lightly dosed. I am glad to have discovered it.

Over two years ago, I snagged a 50ml bottle in an online offer.
Like most of my fragrances, it was a blind buy. A little reading of reviews and fragrance notes on Parfumo, and without any scent experience, I thought, oh, this should be fine, and I still think that sometimes.
Upon the first spray, yes, quite okay.
BRIGHT CRYSTAL is definitely inoffensive, a light, fresh floral scent that is not sweet.
On some days, I hardly noticed it; on other days, I found it boring, and on some days, a note even bothered me.
I often made the decision to give it away, thinking I didn't need it for a long time.
But I do need it, at least I’m glad I kept it.
I've come to love this light, floral freshness with a hint of fruit.
Conversely, other fragrances that I initially loved have suddenly become too sweet or too strong, sometimes triggering migraines.
Has my taste changed? Is it the hormones? I was breastfeeding, or the changing of the seasons - I don’t know.
In any case, it gives me a sense of comfort and calm, and is by no means boring anymore.

Normally, I prefer citrus, aquatic, floral, fresh scents, but this one has a permanent place in my collection.
I would describe it as a skin scent or a creamy scent; for me, it smells more creamy and vanillic than fresh or floral.
In other reviews, it is described as maternal, and I have to agree with that.
My little son even said, 'Mom, that smells like you,' even though I don't wear it that often.
Definitely a signature scent that can be worn for any occasion and in any weather, suitable for all ages and doesn't bother anyone.
I like to wear it in the evenings to relax or when I don't want to smell perfumed but still want to smell good and pleasant.
The sillage is subtle, but I can perceive it on myself for at least 6 hours. Clear recommendation to buy.

When you are at the beginning of your fragrance journey, like I am, and browsing on Parfumo, it didn't take long for me to become curious about Tommy Girl and order a 50ml bottle.
The first spray seemed a bit synthetic to me, but then it developed very, very beautifully floral, fluffy, fresh, and light, with a longevity of at least 6 hours on me.
I was thrilled, and my husband even commented and asked what smelled so nice on me.
I was so happy and thought that I had finally found THE signature scent that suits me personally, and in the heat of the moment, I of course ordered another 100ml bottle that was on sale........ :-/

I thought, YES, this is it, until summer was at the door and the temperatures started to rise. Instead of this light, floral freshness without citrus, it suddenly smelled disturbingly unpleasantly synthetic to me, so I had to put it away disappointed.

Now I am eagerly waiting for cooler temperatures (I live near the sea in a Mediterranean climate) and I hope so much that I can perceive it again as I did at the beginning.
