I want to add short review because my experience is very different then other people who have reviewed this parfum before me.
This has nothing to do Oud wood or Tuscan Leather. There is no leather, musk or woody notes at all. There is also zero oud in this one. Notes written here is actually very accurate. This is fruity- sweet parfum with honey, dry fruits and vanilla. Patchouli is also not strong .I don’t enjoy over sweet parfumes but this is not like that. It is perfectly balanced and very wearable. It is also not too dense. It is very versatile parfum. It can be worn all year round especially in summer and spring. It is perfectly unisex.
It is very pleasant and uplifting parfum. It smells also very oriental. Only the parfum it reminds me of from my collection is Sultani from Arabian Oud (without musk) . I think this one even smells better.
Beautiful yellow color juice fits perfectly with this parfum.
I hope this helps.

Since no one writing anything about this. I will say a few things. Since i bought this , it become one of my favorite oud base parfum.
I want start correcting the notes. There is no Rose in this parfum. There is a type of Iris called ‘Iris Rose’ used in this.
It starts within strong , little funky oud. It is not too much for me but for some it might be. Like a many other oud based parfums , oud will start very loud but you need to give 20-30 minutes to let the oud develop. There is also no classical parfum pyramid ( top, heart , base) in oud parfums. Oud will be dominant from beginning till end. This is for the people who wants to experience oud. So everything else( citruses, iris and musk) will be supporting roles. However iris adds something special here. it gives powdery and slightly sweet flowery facade which is really pleasant.
Parfum made very minimalistic. Following the tradition of Arabic attars with only a few ingredients. This might be linear for some people. But ingredients are used extremely high quality.
I have got a few other fragrances from this house. KhasOud also another gem, it is much easy wear woody oud.
Overall this house making amazing quality parfums which has been very simply but very tastefully done. It is same quality of Hind Al Oud , taif al Emarat’s. And way better then most of western crap i have tried. Only downside is almost impossible to find in Europe. They only sell in Middle East.

Herbaceous Oud
Here is my short review about this parfum.

Abdul Samad al Qurashi (ASQ) is very old company from Saudi Arabia producing high quality parfums, attars , mukhallats and oils. They have also very cheap parfums which I really do not recommend. I think Lattafa does better job with cheap parfums then ASQ.

Myan Oud is from high end extrait de Parfum series from Abdul Samad al Qurashi. They use different type of oud for each of them from series . Most expensive one from is Kalakasi Oud. It is arguably the one of the best aged oud.
According ASQ Myan oud comes from Mayan trees. It has similar characteristics like synthetic oud they use in Dior Oud Ispahan & Diptyque Oud Palao. But this smells much natural and smoother. It is a type of medicinal oud,( not the barnyard Indian oud )
Parfum starts very spicy and herbaceous with pepper and star anise. It has also very nice smoky accord at the opening. Slowly oud will take over and dominate the other notes. It doesn’t have any flowery other notes which i can detect.
It is truly extrait de Parfum. It lasts really long time.

I don’t understand why people bashing this parfum. people criticizing this doesn’t have any clue about cardamom or oud.it has also nothing to do with oud wood, it doesn’t even try to be oud wood. This is totally miss leading information. One person gives that wrong information, now everyone compares them. If you are not into oud or Middle Eastern parfums simply stay a away. Your dislike for certain notes doesn’t make this parfum bad.
This starts very strong peppery cardamom accord and same accord stays till end. There are some woody notes.Dominant note is cardamom but not oud. Only dry down it gets little sweeter with vanilla and tonka. It is loud and very long lasting.

Aromatic Oud
Short double review about Ajmal Amir One (A1) and Amir Two ( A2).

I should start saying that both of them are very interesting and high quality parfums. I have tried other Ajmals but these are other level.

A1 & A2 parfums are related to each other: Oud note is backbone for both parfums. They are even sharing same type of oud. However Oud in A2 is maybe 5 times stronger then A1.

A1 starts citrusy, followed by aromatic notes like lavender and sage. There is touch of flowery heart. But oud will starts dominating the other notes. At the end you will be left very nice smokey woody oud accord. I m not sure if the smoke note comes from oud as well or from something else. But it works really well together with oud.

I really enjoy every stage of this parfum, it smells wonderful from beginning till end. This is not a fougere. Not everything has lavender counts as fougere. This is 100% Middle Eastern style Oud parfum. If we have to classify it is Aromatic Woody ( Oudy) parfum. Despite it contains oud, this is not a heavy parfum neither freshie. It lasts really long but doesn’t project too much. I think it is perfect for mid seasons like autumn, spring or even summer evenings.

A2 is another beast. It is very dark, heavy, resinous and very loud. It has very strong oud note supported by spices, Cypriol oil, incense and balsam. It is heavy oud dominant parfum. Typical parfum structure doesn’t really work, maybe it is bit out of balance. All the notes seems to be come out the gate at once. But oud dominates everything else very quickly. There is really nice smoky note for instance at the beginning but it doesn’t stay long. I should warn you this is very potent. I made mistake spraying 4 times and it was choking. I think 1-2 should be sufficient. It can work really well for layering as well. If you don’t have heavy oud dominant parfum, this is very good one. But you have to really like the style and dark, heavy notes. It is not versatile like A1.

A1 is my favorite i cant get enough of it.
Type of the oud used on both is very pleasant and woody. I wouldn’t call animalic. Maybe it is bit harsh at the opening but then it is very enjoyable.

(If anyone knows what type of oud used here , could you please write in to comments )

Retail price is very high but kind of price reflects the quality here. I bought them cheaper. They are really up there with most high end niche parfums without a doubt.
