Originally marketed as Le Premier Parfum, this is a green bright guileless sharp floral aldehyde. I adore it.

If you read through the fragrance notes above, you might not catch the right drift of Agent Provocateur. AP is a dirty and suggestive (in all the best ways) rose fragrance. The saffron and corainder combined with the musk, takes this uprtight powdery rose in a somewhat inappropriate and backroom direction, which is quite addictive. Like one of those powdered wig courtesans, AP has a formal outward appearance, and trappings of a traditional rose scent, but also a complex spicy sharpness that often leaves people divided on whether or not they like actually like it. Also, it opens with a bitter sharp blast (much like Montale's White Aoud) that takes a few minutes to calm down, so hang in there for a few minutes if you are trying it for the first time....

Elie Saab le Parfum is a revelation in white flowers that shares more than a little DNA with Narcisco Rodriguez for Her and APOM by Maison Francis Kurkdjian. Sunny and splendid and breathless, this featherweight orange blossom and jasmine is a modern classic. ESLP clearly recalls the sunny beaches of Lebanon. Just pure and wonderful white flowers.

This little bottle of pink juice was my introduction to the often maligned AA line from Guerlain, so I had very low expectations of it. I almost wanted to not like it. Fortunately, I was completely wrong.
Aqua Allegoria Flora Nymphea is a delightful spring floral that is basically liquid happiness. Bright and flowery without being too intense. Just a wonderful, subtle, while at the same time childlike, innocent and beautiful scent. Honey and orange blossom fans should sample it for sure.
