Herber Spring
Actually I only wanted to write a statement, but then I ran out of characters and I wanted to get rid of one or the other.
Explorer is for me a slightly bitter spring or summer fragrance, which for a fresh fragrance has a rather above average shelf life. The fragrance itself is rather simple, but just right for my everyday work. In the beginning I smelled bergamot and later Akigalawood and Ambroxan. I don't even smell the sage or the cocoa.
Unfortunately I had to realize in the last days, when finally a little warmer was, that the Ambroxan became very penetrating and the other notes were hardly perceptible. Now Explorer would probably only wear it on cloudy days and probably ban it completely to the spare bench in summer

This was my very first fragrance in my perfume collection. When I bought this EdT as a 15-year-old, I was absolutely thrilled. I wore it on every occasion and in every season.
Looking back, I almost felt sorry for my classmates who had to smell this synthetic cloud all day long. But then I remember that most of them drowned themselves in One Million and so I can sleep peacefully again.
8 years later this fragrance is still on my shelf, but more for memory reasons than for the fragrance. The perfomance is still good and the sprayer still works perfectly. I still have to mention again that this fragrance is clearly designed for very young people and you should only wear it in cold weather.
