The Golden Era iris
After a few weeks of testing, I can finally share my impressions of this gem in the indie perfumery scene. The nose behind it is an enthusiast and scholar of vintage perfumery: his name is Wasif Reza, from Bangladesh. This is his second official release.
This fragrance presents itself as an authentic chypre, crafted entirely from natural raw materials and blended with extraordinary balance. The fragrance unfolds with the luminous, almost balsamic sparkle of kaffir lime, slowly surrendering to a velvety embrace of a apricot/osmanthus combo, where fruit and flower entwine in a delicate, intoxicating harmony. Shortly after leads into a heart built around an exceptional Chinese orris germanica, rich in irones (20%) and supported by orris root.
The heart is a celebration of iris : earthy, powdery, velvety, buttery, with a vintage elegance that feels both dynamic and profound. The fragrance reveals the full spectrum of iris, from its soft powderiness to a more animalic depth.
In the drydown, a leathery base natural accord emerges, warmed by the musky nuances of genuine Siberian musk and anchored by a magnificent oakmoss. Its green, slightly earthy undertone defines the composition and ties it to the tradition of great classic chypres, while Mysore sandal and Sylheti oud add creaminess and refinement.
For those who love iris and vintage chypres, this fragrance is a “must try”: a sophisticated, well-balanced creation that rewards every stage of its evolution. The presentation is equally refined, with a bottle designed with great care and attention to detail.
A heartfelt bravo to Wasif, his passion is evident, and this perfume is living proof of his artistry. Supporting his journey is truly a privilege.

The Autumn on your skin
This is a typical perfume that reincarnates American independent perfumery. It is a dry cherry pipe tobacco, resinous and warm. Or you can think of a thick cherry liqueur with tobacco-like hints of Viriginia tobacco. The cherry is not at all gourmand, there are spicy vibes and a resinous and musky base. Both sweet and sharper scents balance well in an excellent overall final balance. Autumn and winter fragrance par excellence. Very intense duration on skin.

Wow...Vetiver in multiple facets
This is another masterwork of Angelos. What a trip! Vetiveria Animalis seems like a complex and sophisticated scent, that doesn’t care about the time axis or anything else.Look at that list of notes!! It sounds wonderfully faceted and like there is an amazing evolution over time. I like that Angelos Balamis uses vetivers from different sources which sound like they were expertly blended with florals, spice and woods.
If you like vintage-style perfumes or crave a sensual, unconventional vetiver, this one’s for you

Beautiful warm and sweety scent
It's been on my wishlist for a while. It is a sweet cuddle that you will never want to stop smelling. I don't like sweet perfumes but this one is an exception, gorgeous and hypnotic.Tuberose and jasmine very much balance the sweet part given by the milky notes, ambrette seeds and tonka bean and vanilla. The incense is not perceptible but perhaps it serves to give to greater persistence to the fragrance. Durability and silage above average. Superb, I consider it unisex tending a bit feminine. Must have absolutely

Cacao, jasmine and Patchouli...a beautiful union
Fantastic scent, like all TRNPs. It opens with a very realistic earthy patchouli (similar to that perceived in Francois) with cocoa and a very delicate jasmine. The tobacco note is perceptible but not intrusive so that this perfume is completely unisex. Beautiful, with a good persistence and a discreet sillaggio
