Simply gorgeous summer perfume!
I new I must love it - tried it too in a colder weather and made a mark that this should be a beautiful summer fragrance - and it is. Unlike Squid (which has nothing in common with this one by the way) it is definitely for summer and it does not have those stones, pine and dark sea notes.
To me this starts like a gentle sea wave that brings white foam to your feet - some herbs (I cannot identify to be honest) give it fresh but not-trivial smell. Then it gets sweeter, like gingerbread cookies mix with the herbal accords. This is a very interesting and confusing phase when you would probably think - what is happening? :)
This probably could be a picnic near the beach maybe in spring, when the breeze already get warmer. Then I start getting a note of white wine and the sweetness starts fading. Actually this fading is the heart of this perfume, it last for about hour/hour and half. Generally I would not call this scent salty, it does not have salt, just a hint of freshness that associates with sea or water.
Then the scents gets fresher (which I find amazing actually that is goes from sweeter to fresher) and at this point I also get what people identify as "shaving foam" - but it is not unpleasant or manly, or "grandfather" - I love this still foamy effect of Seahorse, just the horse get more male.
Technically this is still the smell of clean body touched by ocean wind, that brings a bit of sea saltiness, it is mixed with herbs that grow on the shore, with evening freshness and clean, soap washed human skin.
Of course this comes in a gorgeous bottle, so it is pleasant to touch. This is a really dreamy perfume.
And yes the staying power is awesome, better than Squid actually, I could smell in _from skin_ in the morning, after good 8 hours of sleep.

Salty tea in lighthouse
I am starting my week of marine/aquatic perfumes, 1 fragrance/day and starting with Squid on Monday.
I remember trying it in colder weather and totally dismissed it as something secondary and boring, but as summer came I was actually craving for sea, sea air. I was born on the sea and used to take it for granted and here I am, have not spent time on the sea side for at least 10 years, maybe even more.
But Squid to me is not about the sea nor about sea-food. It's a very sophisticated scent actually, in the beginning it is very peppery, even dry. Then it turns into something that I would call "black tea" - tannic, slightly astringent even. Ambery sweetness and salty tones come in waves, like you maybe having this cup of tea on a sea-side and sweetness of your tea blends with watery-salty air and even water. This smell takes me to the not summery sea, maybe Istanbul or coasts of Black Sea in Bulgaria.
In the dry down I clearly feel incense, but not strong like in church, but dry and fresh incense and it reminds me more of earthy qualities, smell of wet soil, like you enter a lighthouse build with stone and clay.
I find this very wearable and not dark at all, this is a comforting scent that does not over project, it stays close to the skin. As I mentioned more amber than salt, more insenc-y than resinous. It is not "natural", this is definitely perfume smell. I see why people love it, I might consider a bottle, especially because Zooligist bottles are so beautiful.

Sensual rose
I love this perfume - got a vial from Capsule with another order and took it on a trip to Bratislava - and fell in love with it.
I would not call it a rose fragrance per se, I dont even smell much of a rose here, maybe only in a very beginning a shy but sweet white rose, then it transforms to warm white musk, smth similar you get from Musk Deer Zoologist. Its clean, but carnal, it envelopes you like a warm hug.
Unfortunately for me I stop smelling it quite fast, maybe I have some kind of a blind spot for these type of musks (Deer I can hardly smell) but I know that the smell is there, it really sticks. Sometimes I can even feel it from a sofa pillow that I lean on with the arm that had perfume, so I assume it is there.
As it is so soft it is very likeable, elderly friend of my mother smelled it an immediately fell in love with it. I would say this is very unisex, because it is not a rose scent.
I would want to smell it on me longer though.

Beautiful woody fragrance
What I love the most about this fragrance is that it is so unique. A lot of people find resemblance with so famous Baccarat Rouge, but too me it has completely different vibe and completely different mood to it.
It starts citrusy-woody, I feel a bit of ginger too; its like very pale shy moon shining after dark falls on the earth, it is transparent and almost white; as time passes and night gets into power the moon becomes darker, more intense yellow and the same development gets the fragrance. It gets sweeter, it gets yellow with sweet juicy pineapple and candied lemon, it develops beautifully and balances between masculine and feminine.
This perfume does not feel all natural, but to be honest it complements the concept of moonlight perfectly - it's slightly out of this space, with solar winds, lunar dust. You can feel its slightly mineral and synthetic.
The time passes, the moon fades and the morning mist settles close to the ground, this is where Moonlight becomes slightly smoky, woody, less sweet again. It even gets a bit of light clean smoke and white tobacco. And this dry-down stays when the sun rises, but you can feel the traces of Moonlight.
It has quite good longevity, I can feel it for good 8 hours. It's not like other fragrances from Dusita, less gourmand, less feminine, but more complicated. I love it!

I did not consider touching Estee Lauder perfumes last 10 years - too bold, too fresh, too flowery, too meh. I have never really been a white flower/must kind of girl. Especially after having negative experience in my younger years with Pleasures, Beyond Paradise, Spellbound (will always be remembered for the worst migraine I have ever had)
Also when I saw my favourite bloggers positing new Estee Lauder boutique collection and was really sceptical, but decided to give it a try, luckily there are adorable 4 ml samples/mini versions of the perfume. "Radiant Mirage" was interesting mainly because it was made by Quentin Bisch, author of oh-so-popular these days Ganymede. It smelled divine from the blotter, it produces beautiful sillage. But I don't quite like it, at first it smells very Estee Lauder DNA - cold flowers. It opens more interesting with time though, but all the way preserves this coldness that is not my cup of tea.
