That's my idea of a real perfume!
A few days ago I surprisingly got a sample of MGO Fragrance Anchor.

The new fragrance from this fragrance manufacturer bears the name Amber Rose.

The fragrance starts immediately with full volume, with slightly acidic tingling, citric aspects and directly spicy underlined with dry wood notes. Shortly after spraying on, a delicate, pleasant oud note comes without any annoying aspects. A little cinnamon flashes through here and there and beautiful vanilla without any sweetness begins to wear. At the same time I perceive rose geranium and dark blue violets. Nevertheless, the fragrance does not really become flowery and conveys pure cuddle mode.

In the course of time, dry rose scent - how does dry rose actually smell - comes to the fore in combination with sandalwood. It must be a genuine, high-quality sandalwood, because the incredible development on the skin is certainly not from synthetic parents.

From now on my favourite rose perfume. I haven't seen the combination of oud and rose like this before. I'm really excited.

A beautiful, adult cuddly base that always invites you to sniff and brings out many woody dry, multi-faceted nuances. Noble and not at all "stinky" oud that sends restrained and yet recurring impulses. But I also notice Labdanum and Ambergris in the base and can't get enough of the unusual amber variant processed here.

Good silage and a shelf life that is also noticeable on my skin the next day.

Conclusion: Very valuable, incredible durability and to be worn by him as well as by her. That's how I imagine true perfume. I can really recommend it. This little fragrance factory has long been an insider tip for me.

A real surprise!
Today I took Ballet Dancer from the rehearsal collection and to anticipate it, I should have tested it earlier.
I am torn back and forth, was initially busy with Guerlain fragrances and comparing them with such.
To make it perfect for me, I have left the beloved Mitsouko and right the Ballet Dancer for comparison.
In fact, very familiar and comparable directions are on the way in the beginning.
But then the real surprise, while Mitsouko gets a sometimes very animalistic character in the first minutes; that, by the way, depends entirely on my condition, Ballet Dancer radiates me blatantly and comes on the one hand fresh and spicy, but still solid and valuable.

After about 15 minutes Ballet Dancer really gets going and I recognize Tarragon in its finest way before the exquisite flowery phase takes over the command.

Not intrusive but very penetrating, protective and warming and somehow still fresh.
While my nose takes the other side for comparison, it becomes almost difficult to perceive Mitsuoko. I'm really irritated, one of my favorite scents is losing the battle right now. How is that possible? I've already tested a few fragrances from MGO Duftanker and have always been pleasantly surprised by a brand I've never seen before, but this one tops my expectations completely.

The depth coming up after about an hour, the carpet on which the scent rests, makes me really happy.
The farewell tuberose, the slightly sweet currant paired with the flowery aspects do not disappear completely and everyone flashes out from time to time, while the base with warming spices, unsweet vanilla and various woods create a feeling of happiness and security in me.

Now I've almost forgotten the other wrist.
Of course, Mitsouko is still there and in the end there are different scents, both good and yet I get stuck on Ballet Dancer for now.
It is now on my shopping list, especially as I also get memories of Diaghilev from Roja.
But I can't make a real comparison, my sample Diaghilev has been empty for a long time. Maybe I only associate a possible connection because of the name.

There is a rating from me that expresses how Ballet Dancer has convinced and won me. Not a well-known name, but a great perfumer's art for me. Nice that the durability on my skin is very good and my sample is not yet empty, so I can spend the whole weekend with it and look forward to the order.

Conclusion: This scent really flashed me!
