That's when it happened...
Maybe you know this..., the dream scent.
It no longer exists, man, woman is curious. It must be tested. So it went to me at the Zahd, forever around "wagged", about 2 years ago a bottling got hold of. Got it with awe & put it in the corner for now, you have to appreciate the value. That's how it was here! I love Slumberhouse & I have a few, but Zahd came out just before my Slumberhouse phase.
And now...? It went boo! Immediately the thought comes to mind, WHY? You won't get it, or if at moon prices.
About the scent, first class, Josh Lobbs DNA is unmistakable, but here it runs out fruity, yet the scent remains complex, fruity, resinous, beautiful. Can hardly find words for this masterpiece, unfortunately. I "hate" falling in love with fragrances that no longer exist & yet am so grateful for the sample. If the donor reads it, 1000 thanks!

The other Slumberhouse
What have I been waiting for, hired, hard to get! I was lucky, a half full 15 ml bottle from USA, I don't want to talk about the price now.

Many slumbers are smoky! Not this one! The fragrance description is flowers & grapes! I can definitely sign! One feels good & "delicious", rather something for the spring! I really like it, also because it is so "different" from the Slumbers, which are currently available from time to time.
Durability & Sillage are as always well above average!

I'm so glad I still got it! The journey of rarities in the perfume house will continue! :)

Norne, a rare orchid
As the headline says, the Norne is one of the rarest European orchids ever, unfortunately threatened with extinction.
What's that got to do with this smell, you might ask?!

Well, even this one is for one thing every now and then! Lucky are those who have got hold of it!

Why the association with this orchid?
It grows primarily in the boreal coniferous forest, which is primarily populated with spruce! Here it is a rare jewel, which outshines everything with its beauty, but still does not attract all eyes! You have to be careful & attentive!
But here she is the little star!
And as it is with the orchid, so it is with the fragrance!
The orchid shoots a small green leaf after the winter, covered under spruces! That's exactly how this fragrance starts! Coniferous wood, resinous, hemlock (fungus) I do not hear, but what great resinous, natural! At some point the orchid develops a bud & the scent develops something more sweet, delicate, slightly sweetish!

Here the fragrance is almost suitable for everyday use, a little tame. The aspect of all pleases everyone! The point where the orchid starts to bloom! Yes, she is pink & still masculine! (Not that I consider color genderbending), but not cottoncandypink!

The Slumberhouse DNA is present! A wonderful scent, which may be a little daunting at first, or makes it seem inconspicuous, like the single leaf of the norne! But then!!!!

People who have it, cherish it!!!

Work of art for the gardener's child
Hello, dear fragrance fanatics!
I'm trying to keep it short here...!

This fragrance is home to me, something very familiar. I must say that I am a gardener's child & we had a flower shop! To guess the drölf ingredients of this perfume is not feasible, so it is obsolete to find out something individual! To me it smells like the flower vases where tulips, daffodils, gerbera and co. had stood.
Surely there's something green about it, with an undertone of "rotten"? But I don't smell the much said animal here at all! For me it is the greenest of all greenest fragrances! A masterpiece for all flower & gardening enthusiasts! But no girls who want something sweet and flowery! Something like that was mercilessly crushed here in front of omnipresent GREEN!
What's left to say?
Great perfume!? One of the best of the last years (but this is also due to my association)
Sillage? Top
Flacon? Cool!
Extravagance? She is so there...
Mainstream/ Can you wear it? If you are up for something different & know where you stand, this could be your scent! Otherwise...
Everyday life? Shit, read the post?
Recommendation to buy? Sorry, you are too late & missed the hottest thing from 2019! Sorry

The Great Dane wants black tea in winter...
Dear people, I tested this fragrance today more because of a small incident, more about that in a moment. :)

Le Labo, a brand that always aroused my interest, but which received little attention. All the more I was pleased to receive this sample the other day.
Well, it lay glued on a strip of cardboard on my desk for about 3 weeks. That's where she would be lying now. However, my Frenchie has probably expressed great interest today ...

Only 15 minutes out of the house, after returning home I noticed an unknown smell already when unlocking the door! Moooooment, the Hubd doesn't come to the door & 15 min before it didn't smell in my apartment like in a perfumery. Dog lies quite innocently on the sofa and smells similar ..., what may have happened.
The Great Dane stands on cardboard and has bitten the minisprayer..., now he smells:( Well, I can't be angry with him & thank god nothing happened, except that I had to ventilate well.

Now for the scent, already n great! The teen note is very present, I must say that I clearly prefer to smell tea than drink it. Here paired with a great fruity note, which can be assigned to the fig. I mean to perceive some black currant as well. Anyway, it's not candy-sweet. I blame the vetiver for this, but it never becomes dominant & the fragrance could well make it appealing for vetiver opponents. You don't have to be afraid of musk here either.
A great fragrance, which I can imagine very well in spring and autumn, but also in the rest of the year.
So? How do you say, dogs have the better noses (Barney throws approvingly), so if he has already made the choice ;)

See you soon, my dears!)
