My name is "Code, Armani Code"
For a long time, I avoided Armani Code.
I often heard that every second person wears it and that it is the typical and cheap pickup scent par excellence....
I never tested it and wasn't interested in doing so.
Then this summer, at the beginning of August, I went to a bar with a few friends. We drank a few liters of beer outside as usual, no, of course just one or two.
We were sitting there chatting when I kept catching a whiff of a scent. I repeatedly wondered who smelled so good and felt a bit miffed since I had always been the one who smelled great, and now I had competition, serious competition.
After a while, I asked what fragrance it was and received the initially disappointing answer: "Armani Code"
I was surprised that the scent smelled so good and could finally understand why many women love this fragrance so much.
A few days later, I bought it, initially in the 30ml version, and what can I say?
One of my new favorite fragrances.
The opening strikes me as very powdery and slightly citrusy. The scent feels very broad and thick, somewhat opaque.
But then, after 20-30 minutes, the fragrance transforms, and a wonderfully elegant and seductive combination of olive blossom, leather, and tonka bean makes its appearance. I still perceive a hint of lemon that overlays the sweet-leathery and slightly powdery scent. I only notice the woods very subtly, and the tobacco comes out a bit more after 45-60 minutes, giving the fragrance a slightly bitter undertone and creating a wonderful contrast to all the sweetness.
A perfect scent for going out or for dates. Armani Code doesn’t clash anywhere and is generally a crowd-pleaser that most people like.
The longevity is better than expected, and even after 4-5 hours, the surroundings can still perceive the scent.
The sillage is a bit thin but just about acceptable. However, I can also imagine that this fragrance could become extremely overpowering with stronger sillage since it is a very intense sweet and powdery scent.
You will leave a subtle scent cloud behind you that will definitely be enough to attract some ladies.
Despite many critics, I must really say the fragrance is much more elegant than I thought.
It doesn’t smell like other notorious pickup scents (One Million, Le Male, and Co.)
This elixir is also suitable for upscale occasions like dinner or special events and does its job just as well there as in a club or on a date.
You smell elegant, seductive, and interesting.
Armani Code radiates an irresistible oriental and sweet note.
The EDT gives off a masculine aura and instills confidence; you are now more ready than ever to whisk the ladies away into a magical world of 1001 nights, and when the magic fades a bit after 4-5 hours, just quickly reapply ;)
I give it a well-deserved 90%, and a few months ago, I wouldn’t have thought I would ever acquire this fragrance, let alone give it such a high rating.
Mission "Smell extremely good and always stand out positively" Accomplished

Can Afford Star Attitude!!
I purchased the fragrance for a bargain price of €60 in January of this year and had actually intended to write a comment about this modern classic long ago.
My first encounter with this scent was in the summer of 2013. I applied it in a perfume store and headed towards the train to go home.
It was an extremely warm day with around 30 degrees.
On the train, a creamy lemon-lime-like scent filled my nose, and I couldn't stop smelling my wrist and the back of my hand. It almost made me uncomfortable as it felt like people were watching me.
I thought to myself: "Oh, let them look, they're just envious and would love to smell just as good."
Well, the scent didn't let go of me, and I toyed with the idea of getting it for a long time, but first, autumn and winter were approaching, and fragrances like DHI, Annayke Tomo, and Midnight in Paris became my faithful companions for the next few months.
When I finally got it, I wore it in winter and went out partying. My thought was that it can often be nice or even too warm in clubs, and this should fit, and it did.
The opening is very peppery and almost a bit piercing. However, the sharpness quickly takes on a softer note, I think that comes from the pink pepper.
Then the wonderful heart notes emerge.
A symphony of creamy, soft lemon freshly cut on a wooden board made from the finest sandalwood, and it's not prepared on a kitchen table but on a stylish leather couch.
What makes the scent special for me is the combination of creamy lemon, leather, and a good pinch of pepper. The fragrance has a great sweet freshness, along with the spiciness of the pepper, over which a veil of fine leather lays.
This combination then becomes even softer over time and is, in my opinion, simply irresistible.
It almost takes on a slightly floral touch, even though nothing in this direction is mentioned in the fragrance pyramid.
The base strengthens the creamy and sweet character of the Edt Concentree even further with vanilla and tonka bean. Yet the pepper still plays cleverly against it, giving the fragrance, combined with ginger, a spicy sharpness and freshness.
Towards the end, the scent becomes a bit drier and woodier but retains its essence that defines it. Finally, a slightly sweet musky scent joins in.
Everything flows perfectly together.
Despite the creamy, sweet, and somewhat soft character I have described here, the fragrance is a true summer charmer that uses and lets warmth work for it to become even better. The creamy lemon gives the Edt, together with pepper and ginger, an incredible freshness and sharpness.
I know many summer fragrances, but this one simply has a special composition.
This meeting of sweetness, freshness, spiciness, sharpness, and pleasant slightly earthy woods gives the fragrance a slightly oriental touch, although few would admit this according to its classification.
Feel free to wear the fragrance on cold days as well; it fits much better than one might initially think, and perhaps you'll understand better what I mean by the oriental touch. In winter, other fragrance notes sometimes come to the fore more than they do in summer, and vice versa.
Allure Homme Edition Blanche is indeed so good that it can afford a few airs, and we as wearers can too, but of course not too much. One doesn't want to come across as pretentious. The fragrance gives confidence and a motivating "Let's go!" attitude.
The longevity is very good for a summer Edt and clearly above average. Even after hours, I can still smell the fragrance on myself, which is not the case with many other perfumes.
The only thing I would have wished for is a slightly stronger sillage, but it still fits, and you stand out in the immediate vicinity. However, this is one of the few perfumes for which I never received compliments. Otherwise, I received heaps of positive feedback for most fragrances.
I also own Miro Cabal Pour Homme and Le Male, which I have often been complimented on, positively.
However, when I started combining Edition Blanche and Miro Cabal Pour Homme in the summer, I received heaps of compliments from ladies.
I can recommend using these two as a duet. They smell great together, and the people around you will thank you for it. But please don't reveal what you're wearing upon request; it should remain a perfume secret, so shhh!
My summer signature scent that can also be worn during colder times, as long as you're not just outdoors.

Intrusive Gentleman with Good Manners !!
First of all, I must say that I find the regular One Million mediocre.
I find the opening quite nice, but after a while, the scent smells too synthetic and flat to me.
One Million Intense, however, behaves quite differently.
Here, the opening is significantly sweeter than the original.
Blood mandarin and cardamom blow the sweetness right into your nose, leaving you no chance to escape. The pepper harmonizes very well with the other fragrance notes and adds a slight, very subtle sharpness that I believe can be perceived if you pay attention. I'm not entirely sure if I perceive the saffron correctly, but there’s something interesting I smell in the background that I can't quite place.
A very strong opening that is almost too much of a good thing. I can certainly understand if this puts some people off.
However, I can only say, wait and enjoy, because now we come to the heart notes, which give the fragrance that certain something and the level that the original lacks, sending the Intense from the second league to the first league and maybe even into the Champions League qualification !!
The heart of rose absolute, neroli, and cinnamon is insane.
The rose scent here boasts a completely different level and value than in the standard One Million brew.
The rose appears very softly, and it really feels like you are smelling a beautiful rose in a magical garden. Over this rose, the finest and most exquisite cinnamon from oriental lands is sprinkled, adding a slightly sharp but still warm spiciness. Above all this hovers a still distinctly perceivable sweetness from the top notes.
Thus, the fragrance lingers for a long time, but piece by piece, the intense sweetness is dialed back, and rose and cinnamon dominate. The rose increasingly comes to the forefront, giving the scent a somewhat feminine touch.
Slowly, the base notes creep in.
The iris root provides a slight gentle powderiness.
Patchouli and sandalwood give the fragrance a slightly earthy, woody note towards the end, but it only appears subtly, preventing the scent from becoming too soft.
The leather is very soft and subtle, and I notice it less in this fragrance than, for example, in Midnight in Paris, where the leather is very prominent.
The wonderful thing about this scent is that you can still smell what you had in the first hour until the very end. It remains slightly sweet, very floral and soft due to the rose, perfectly countered by the pleasantly spicy cinnamon and the woods of the base.
The longevity is extremely good. The scent radiates into the surroundings even after several hours and never turns into an indefinable mush on the skin. On clothing, it lasts for days.
The sillage is, as is well known for Paco Rabanne fragrances, very strong, and you shouldn't overdo it. I've had headaches from the scent in the car several times ^^
So it's best to wait at least 15-20 minutes before you drive off.
The bottle is quite nice but nothing special.
Overall, I must say: A fragrance that I can recommend to anyone who enjoys sweet, spicy orientals.
Worlds better than the original, so even if you didn't like the scent, you should definitely give the Intense a try.
The effect on women is undeniably good. I was constantly told how good I smell and that everyone likes the fragrance.
So if you like the scent yourself, you definitely can't go wrong.
Especially online, the fragrance can be found at great prices, and due to the high perfume concentration, it should last a long time.
My respect to the creators of this perfume. It is rare for an original to be so strongly outdone.
The scent is, like the original, a pantydropper, but this time with a certain level and class, so it may not just be a cheap night, but more ;)

Excessive Seduction !!
My predecessors here draw comparisons to chewing gum, like a chewy candy with pepper in the top notes !!
I don't know if I perceive the scent so completely differently and significantly better/positively because my girlfriend wears it and everything always smells incredibly good on her, making me not entirely objective?!
In any case, I must first say how much this scent surprised me.
First, to the fragrance notes :
Neroli comes across here typically sweet and fresh. I also perceive the pepper lightly and find the combination of sweet and slightly spicy, warming pepper very interesting and successful.
Quickly, the heart notes join the top notes.
Jasmine is generally considered a very sensual, feminine, and erotic scent, which is truly celebrated here with this fragrance. The combination with sweet neroli and a delicate rose scent is perfectly executed.
Black XS has a slightly synthetic note throughout, which I can overlook, and somehow it fits this perfume. It is not a warm floral charmer but rather a wild seducer, yet it still reveals its sweet and alluring aura.
After a while, cashmere wood and vanilla join in and round off the scent. The warmer and drier contrast of the vanilla and wood makes the fragrance appear a bit more elegant and forms a unity with the sweet sensuality created by the floral bouquet.
When my girlfriend wore the scent for the first time, sat next to me on the bed, and came closer, I had to keep smelling her and immediately told her that the scent aroused me in a certain way. She admitted that she felt the same way and that the scent is aphrodisiac.
And that is the scent for me.... it does not come across as particularly elegant while being sensual and erotic like, for example, Manifesto, which for me is still one of the best women's fragrances ever.
No, Black XS is a sweet floral and aphrodisiac scent that radiates a cheeky and playful sensuality and eroticism.
The fragrance is definitely best suited for young women up to their mid-20s and, as mentioned, appears youthful and playful.
This scent is best suited for private occasions.
Going out to celebrate or for movie outings and casual evenings with friends, it makes a good companion. As I described, it is also great for moments of intimacy.
The longevity on my girlfriend was very good, and the scent kept wafting into my nose for hours.
The sillage is good, and the scent is noticeable in close proximity without being too intrusive, which I believe would be very bothersome with this EDT.
You can really wear it all year round. It shouldn't be 25+ degrees and pure sunshine. But even at just over 20 degrees, you can wear the scent well on less oppressive days.
A fragrance that certainly does not reach the class of Manifesto or Cinema, but still represents something completely different.
My girlfriend loves the first two fragrances, but she also wears this one extremely gladly when she feels like it.
Moreover, it is a fragrance that I have hardly smelled on other women so far.
I really like the scent and can recommend it to all young women who enjoy sweet floral fragrances. And it should not deter you that I constantly talk about playful sensuality and eroticism. The scent does not smell cheap or low-class in any way.
It is simply interesting and striking.
I can only highly recommend a test and am sure you will encounter some men who won’t want to leave your side, just as it happened to me with my girlfriend ;)

Elixir of Sensuality
I gifted this fragrance to my girlfriend just before Christmas as a little surprise for passing an exam.
We had tested various scents, and this one was among our favorites. However, we could not have anticipated just how incredibly good it is.
When she first tested it on her skin, it blew us both away. She loved the strong vanilla and the warm, sensual aura that surrounded her. With this fragrance, a woman feels strong and feminine. It almost embodies a bit of arrogance and superiority.
In that moment, I simply thought about how good she smelled and that I would love to pounce on her; the Elixir smelled so delicious to me.
Now, let's talk about the scent itself:
The opening with bergamot and mandarin is noticeable, but not very pronounced.
The mandarin adds a very subtle fruity and somewhat more distinctly recognizable sweet note.
It quickly transitions into the heart and base notes, revealing jasmine, heliotrope, and tuberose, which showcase the floral and soft heart of the fragrance.
Shortly thereafter, the sensual vanilla, underlined by the finest woods, comes into play, giving the fragrance an undeniable eroticism.
Imagine the scent as follows: It is a beautiful night with a very bright shining moon. The air is cold but very pleasant and merges with a suddenly emerging floral scent that fills the cold air with soft, creamy notes dancing delicately in your nose. Suddenly, you realize you are standing in the midst of a sea of flowers, whose wonderful blooms are illuminated by the moon. And as if that sight alone hasn’t enchanted you enough, the sky is filled with the finest gold and silver sparkling snowflakes made of vanilla and cashmere wood that gently settle on the flowers, making them glow and pulse. The scent that now rises captivates your senses, doesn’t let you go, and you lose yourself for hours in its beauty until dawn begins and the radiant glow slowly fades under the rising sun.
But this fragrance is not only sensual and erotic; it is also elegant and noble, making it a fitting companion for almost any occasion or celebration, and this right will be claimed by Manifesto.
The fragrance has an incredible longevity and accompanies my girlfriend from the morning spray until early evening. Even after 5-6 hours, it is still noticeably present and not just close to the skin. I often felt that she had reapplied the fragrance before coming to me or that she used a lot of it. Often, it was just 2-3 sprays she applied around 8 AM, which by 5 PM still released a strongly noticeable scent.
Thus, we also come to the sillage, which, like the longevity, is fantastic.
A spritz on the neck and collarbone is enough to dive into the floral sea I described for hours.
It is not like with other fragrances where you can still perceive them after 5-6 hours, and only close to the skin; no, after all these hours, Manifesto still clearly indicates to the surroundings that it is in charge and probably wants to stay for a few more hours.
And the surroundings will thank you for it. My girlfriend was complimented on the wonderful scent by her university friends and other acquaintances every time she wore it.
I have rarely experienced a fragrance with such enormous longevity and sillage.
I think more than 2-3 sprays will almost always be too much and overwhelming. This means that even 30ml of this fragrance will accompany you for months, no matter how often you use Manifesto.
Extremely economical
It is undoubtedly a fragrance for the cold months. I could just about imagine it on fresh and very mild summer evenings.
But definitely an autumn and winter scent
I almost forgot to mention the equally wonderful bottle amidst all this praise.
It fits perfectly with this fragrance and emphasizes the eroticism and elegance, appearing extremely self-assured, knowing how good it looks and how it affects the surroundings. Just like the fragrance itself.
Clear recommendation to all women who enjoy sensual, strong fragrances and like to enchant and captivate their loved ones or their surroundings.
And a recommendation to all men who love to be enchanted and driven crazy by their wives and to chase after them like on the first day.
All in all, a magnificent creation that definitely has the potential to become a classic for me.
I express my admiration for the creators of this perfume. Everything is just right from start to finish.
