What initially caught my eye was an advertisement that claimed an increased longevity of the new 2022 EDT over its predecessor the original Y. I came across a sale on the Yves Saint Laurent website not long after seeing this advertisement, and with your purchase they gave you a sample of Black Opium for women. Having already owned Y Eau Fraiche and Y EDP, I took the opportunity to get the new Y EDT and Y Le Parfum and gave the Black Opium to my daughter.

Now onto the juicy gossip…I must say that after wearing this for the first time the claims of increased projection and longevity were not wrong, it will last you all day and then some. To me this has a lot of similarities with Y EDP but comes off as less thick and softer. I would say that this is better suited for warmer weather and the EDP is best saved for the fall and winter months.

In conclusion, if blue fragrances are your thing, you can’t go wrong with Y EDT it checks all the boxes and gets the job done. I have no experience with Y Live but if you’re looking for a one size fits all approach to the rest of the Y line I would recommend you go with Y EDP.

Found this for a very reasonable price from a discounter and I already owned Coach Platinum, so I thought this was a sure winner. On the plus side this smells great, I cannot deny its mass appeal. If I were to compare it, I would say it is like a much fruitier/sweeter and less abrasive/metallic Dior Sauvage. On the downside though is its performance. At around the four hour mark Coach for Men has packed up and went home for the day while I’m left feeling alone and abandoned . I know what you’re thinking, this problem can easily be resolved by overspraying or reapplying throughout the day; but, in today’s busy world who has time for that? So…in conclusion, Coach for Men is not a bad one to own but given it’s lack of performance I wouldn’t suggest paying full price!

Best way to put it, is that this is like Versace Eros’s older brother. He has goals, his life in order, and he is a very refined gentleman. While older and wiser there’s still a little party left in him.

All jokes aside, I wouldn’t think of this as a sporty fragrance but it is done very nicely. The mint, orange, and tonka bean are blended to perfection. Performance and projecting are really good, this will last you through your work day without the need to reapply. It’s loud and will get you noticed but not overly loud to where it’s offensive to wear to the office. In my opinion Chanel has made another masterpiece!

This is an orangey creamy work of art. I feel like this is somewhat underrated and should be equivalent to Allure Homme Blanche Edition, with that being lemon and this being orange. Certainly one for spring or summer, with decent longevity and projection. Chanel knows what they’re doing and does not disappoint with this Allure flanker.

If cherry cobbler and vanilla ice cream could be combined and replicated as an eau de parfum then jammed into a 100ml bottle, this would be it. L’homme Idéal EDP is smooth, spicy, and has a nice hint of cherry. I enjoyed this so much I would wear it every day, during the fall and winter months, if it wasn’t so difficult to find. On the hunt for the rest of the Guerlain Ideal flankers to add to my collection.
