Probably the best of the fresh!?

This sporty-fresh all-rounder is now in my possession again. I knew I wouldn't do anything wrong with it, because AHS was practically my olfactory figurehead for several years! ;-) ... Well, until I have tried myself at the instigation of my girlfriend also sometimes on sweeter and spicier scents. With success, I would say in retrospect, but the preference for fresh citrus with an original "aftertaste" probably can't be gotten out of me anymore. So to each his own! :-)

Since the name is Dufzwilling, I compare AHS with the much cheaper (why actually?) Versace pour Homme, which I also like, but which in my opinion lacks the mentioned special property (see my comment elsewhere). VPH simply remains citric from the head to the base note, in which a trace of woodiness is added. I wonder where the oud indicated in the ingredients should actually be processed? But no matter ...

In any case, AHS is much gentler at the beginning, but after about 10-15 minutes it convinces in my opinion with a much more complex substructure. This shows once again that it is not only the ingredients that make up a fragrance, but their individual composition, perhaps also the quality of the perfume oils used. For me, AHS is the better fresh fragrance in comparison, because it is a bit more complex and "dignified". I guess it's also pepper and vanilla that make the difference in the end, but that's pure speculation ;-) In any case, in the course of time, minimal powdery and sweet notes are added, which make AHS also suitable for the evening for me personally!

A forgotten hype?!

It's been a while since the fragrance was first released. How I smelled and acquired it for the first time I do not remember. But I knew then that when I wore it I felt a little noble. Especially, although I have not yet experienced much in the perfume world. But the brand name Chanel alone gave me the impression Then came the advertising film that was played during the Formula 1 break and tried to convey the freshness of the aquatic notes.
Fresh and elegant fits perfectly.

It is a masculine fragrance with a fresh character. I love scents that bring pepper with them. Where the pepper is not directly visible but the spice is directly noticeable. It's hard to describe. It thus has a well-balanced tandem, which gives it an elegant, cheerful, free, everyday wake-up.

The mandarin/orange is not as present as in other fragrances. Not like freshly sliced but that's a good thing. This is the personal trademark of this fragrance. A fresh first effect of mandarin and aldehyde notes.
This is followed by a combination of neroli and cedar wood, a blend of intense and masculine notes. The neroli never comes over here, though.
After a few minutes, the fragrance reveals a light tonka bean note and musky notes.
The fragrance has been described here, however, already umpteen times super.

I have the feeling that the scent has unfortunately fallen into oblivion. In my opinion it was a real hype that is timeless and still great to wear. Perfectly matched, not too sweet and not too old-fashioned. Therefore wearable from young to old. Not too intrusive and not too hidden. Not only in summer with hot temperatures but also in winter. Not only wearable during sports but also in the office or for a special occasion.

I was fascinated by the fragrance and I have received many compliments for it. He never came off badly. The durability and sillage on me is completely ok. I would say perfectly tuned. One is pleasantly perceived even over a longer period of time.

In my opinion, the fragrance still goes very, very well. Unfortunately something has been forgotten and torn apart by some people here. What I can't understand. So to celebrate the day, I'm going to spray it on myself and I'm already looking forward to the fresh, elegant aquatic notes that will surround me.

The perfect Saturday

I get up without an alarm clock, the sun is shining and it's Saturday I spray me the Chanel on and notice how my already good mood lifts again.
With the pleasant and light creamy-powdery freshness in the nose I go to do the last errands of the week.

I smile, everyone smiles, after all, today is a sunny Saturday.
I drive back home and with the knowledge that the day brings nothing bad I spray me the Chanel a second time. Again go to the baker because somehow I have today desire on a lemon tart.
Pair times Nachsprühen and enjoy the tart in the garden. Life can be so easy.
In the early afternoon, turn on the grill. Just in time for the start of the Bundesliga conference I spray again sporty after.
It will not be a big barbecue, only a good friend comes.
Barbecue, sun, football, two to three beers and no stress. Before the evening game again re-spray. The sun slowly disappears, the friend says goodbye. Briefly tidy everything together, then a summer evening shower. Three to four good night splashes.
The perfect day comes to an end just like my 150ml bottle of Chanel.

My Go-To-Guy for many years

Since I was 17 (almost 13 years old), this is a fragrance that has always been on my shelf. For years, it was also the only one. My friends celebrated the fragrance so much that I couldn't get away from it. Now the nose is also developing a bit, but it's still an incredible combination of fresh notes.

The scent never gets boring, it is still noticeable on the clothes after washing, it really lasts well, the opening is not excessive. But even after a short time it develops its full power and effect.

I still like to wear it today :)

Noble Sporty Chanel

Yeah, you can't go wrong with Chanel. Let's just think of Bleu de Chanel or Egoiste. All of them top scents.
Allure Sport Homme also cuts an exceptionally good figure as a summer scent.
In the beginning, the fruitiness of mandarins and orange mix shines through. Afterwards the pepper joins them. But rather discreetly and classily coordinated. The drydown or finish is also very successful with tonka bean and vanilla and vetiver.
On the whole, it is a very fresh and harmoniously coordinated summer scent that is white to please. Chanel has managed to create a noble and elegant summer scent that also has a good shelf life.
Price and performance are always right for this fragrance.
Conclusion: Chanel has done everything right here again. Attractive, noble, harmonious, fresh Chanel a safe bank!
