Mature "bad boy"
When a "bad boy" grows up and becomes a gentleman without denying his past. That's what Pavillon Rouge is.
It's a high quality whisky matured in fine wood barrels, it's a brand new leather jacket. It's a vanilla flavored tobacco burning with balsamic resins.
It's a lively alcoholic note as soon as it's sprayed, opening up just after a minute with warm woody accord and then closing up in a bitter and enveloping scent, like ground coffee or cacao, with benzoin and spices that are keeping up the vivacity throughout all the evolution, with a soft leather note as a foundation from beginning to end.
It's a dance of all the colors of the fall.

Surprising
Every time I smell a Ferragamo fragrance I'm blown away. Not because it's one of the best I've ever smelled, but because for these prices I'm expecting a cheap scent. And it's not. Not one bit.
It's rich, smooth, different, sweet and a bit balsamic, a fresh smell with a warm feeling.
Fig, rose, cardamom and vetiver are the main players to my nose, and I must say: the fig-rose accord is something divine.
Maybe to me it's not one of the best fragrances I've ever smelled, but guys, this is awesome nonetheless. Try it!
