rich coconut yumminess
I adore this coconut scent! Perfume oils are a bit tough for me to apply, but I had a little decant from a sampler set I'd purchased to buy something else and actually spring for the rollerball of this instead. On my skin, this scent has the perfect amount of sillage and lasting power (I prefer low intensity and pretty long lasting power), and is fun to layer with lighter, fresher fragrances to give them a summery depth and add longevity, like Cloud or Vacation. I'm still working through the little sample because perfume oils require so little product on my skin chemistry. This isn't a groundbreaking scent, but it doesn't smell as synthetic or cloying as many coconut scents do, and that makes it worth it for me.
sickly sweet with hints of yum?
I wanted to love this one! Unmute was seemingly divine on the tester paper and upon first spray. Unfortunately, something about the mixture of notes reads very sickly sweet to my nose in at the heart and base - I enjoy it some of the time and am sick of it the rest. Not a bad scent, just not at all me. It is too heavy with the frankincense and strong ambroxan base to carry some of the fun, yummy notes that I enjoy, like pistachio and vanilla, both of which can also be hit or miss in fragrance for me. I hate almost every Kayali scent including Yum Pistachio and Vanilla 28, for example. Unmute is incredibly long lasting - 12 hours plus on me, and I used a total of a single spray from the tester decant on my wrists and neck. I wish this had some fresh notes to it instead of the seeming barrage of depth creating a sinkhole of syrupy sweetness. If applied very lightly and layered with a fresh body spray, this could be nice, but I prefer layering to enhance scents, not cover them up. Sadly a no from me.
surprisingly spicy
While initially sweet, on my skin, the pink pepper lasts all day, so it ends up being more of a spicy scent than anything else. 12:00 is nice but not what I expected, nor is it something I'd wear a lot. I though it would be a sweeter scent, because it is sweeter on tester paper. I think if there was less pink pepper or it was a listed as a heart note (since that's how it performs on me), I'd be happier with it or it would've matched expectations. I'll give NOYZ this - their fragrances are all long lasting on me. I sprayed this one at 3pm and it was still strong on my skin even after a sweaty late night workout at 11pm. Overall, once I got used to it, it was nice, but it's not quite what I tend to enjoy even if it had nice moments. My dog couldn't stop smelling me, though, which means she likes it (her favorite scent is Cloud Pink by Ariana Grande lol). All notes I love but not quite the blend and balance I need!
ETA: saffron is missing from the top notes, and oakmoss is missing from the base!

not a stand out but wearable
Marc Jacobs as a fragrance brand never stood out to me - moderately priced, pleasant enough without pushing the limit, with eye-catching bottles that draw me. But as beautiful as Marc Jacobs' bottles always are - Daisy Wild being in my favorite colors, no less - the fragrances miss the mark. I'm a fruity floral lover, there's no denying that, and most lighter, fresher, designer fragrances are nice enough that I wouldn't be holding back negative emotion if someone handed me a bottle as a gift, but I probably wouldn't spend my hard earned cash on them, either. Daisy Wild is in that same boat - fresh, sweet, with a hint of fruitiness, the perfect amount of sillage and depth for everyday, and won't create a sneezefest on the subway/metro/T/tram/bus etc. I enjoyed wearing it and would definitely use the heck out of a bottle, since this is basically gone by hour six, but it's not unique. From the middle to end of wear time is really where the fruity tropical smells come out, and the base is soft, sweet, and subtle. Reminds me a lot of the effect of Donna Born in Roma Coral Fantasy, but I enjoy that one a bit more.
not for me but wouldn't mind it for you
For my nose and seemingly overtly feminine fragrance preferences, this is too strong, but surprisingly, I am loving all the notes together. It's fresh, sweet, rich, and gourmand, with an energizing opening. I find the scent masculine and sexy without being overwhelming. Unlike with many masculine-leaning scents, I don't sense too much spiciness or headachey sharpness. Gentleman Society EDP Extreme has more a powdery sweet ending that shows itself around 7-8 hours. This isn't one of those beast mode scents that you can apply for a night out and wake up at noon the next day with it lingering on your wrists. This doesn't quite hit the yummy sweet spot (quite literally) of my favorite masculine-marketed fragrance, Azzaro The Most Wanted, but if I met someone who was wearing this, I would give them a compliment for sure! It's just not quite the one for my own personal use.
