I was able to order a bottle blind through Best Secret and initially had mixed feelings about the scent. It smells faintly of tobacco on me and gradually settles into the skin. Over time, it becomes soft and sweet. On me, the fragrance lasts about six to seven hours, and the sillage is pleasantly and unexpectedly subtle. A plus for me is the spray head, which perfectly doses the liquid and disperses it on the skin like a light breeze. For cold autumn/winter days, this scent is certainly very fitting. I am already looking forward to testing the other perfumes from the Confidential collection.

I was super curious about this vintage perfume and finally got it in a sealed package. The scent is extremely cinnamon-heavy and really only wearable on very cold winter days. You only need a few sprays, and even after a shower, it is still noticeable on me. I can't decide whether I love it or hate it, as it is so intense and extreme. I've never tested such a strong Eau de Toilette before. Sillage and longevity are perfect, but the scent itself is a matter of taste. Overall, I find it very unfortunate that this fragrance is no longer produced, as it is so unique.

I bought this fragrance years ago during my training period and used it very happily. Then I discovered other scents for myself, developed new preferences, and it ended up in a back corner of the closet. Now I’ve pulled it out again and applied it once more. I was somewhat shocked by the artificial sweetness that hit me right in the nose. I remembered it as much fresher and fruitier, but not so sugary. I will keep the well-emptied bottle for now for the memories and try to wear the fragrance more in spring or summer. Despite my young age of 24, I even feel too old to wear it. It’s a pity that I perceive it this way now, but I still associate good memories with it.

The scent is definitely comparable to Fève Délicieuse. It lacks a certain note to make it even rounder, but it is still a cozy, warm fragrance that lasts a long time and is easily noticeable. At the beginning, I perceive something slightly sharp for a brief moment, but that dissipates quickly. I have only had the bottle for a short time, but I reach for it very regularly, and even though I already have quite a few fragrances in my collection at home, I will reorder this one. The price-performance ratio is unbeatable, and anyone who does not want to spend the steep price of around 200 euros and up for Fève Délicieuse should definitely try this scent.

After reading the ingredients and good reviews about Opoponax, I had high expectations for the fragrance. Since I love Italy, especially Florence, and visited there on a field trip during my studies a few years ago, I had to get a scent from this house. Unfortunately, due to COVID, I can't go there at the moment, so I ordered the fragrance blind. I expected something spicy and woody, but on me, it smells citrusy, fresh, and a bit mossy. So exactly what I actually don't like. The scent lasts maybe 2-3 hours on me, and the sillage is virtually non-existent. I'm also starting to wonder if a wrong fragrance was bottled in the flacon. Nevertheless, I will keep it for the peak summer and test if it performs better then. Still, I am somewhat disappointed now, as the price-performance ratio is very poor. I hope that the house has better fragrances than this one, but hopefully next time I can test it on-site.
