Citrus forest
Interesting fresh smell with a fougere green forest background.
I have felt a dawn in nature at first and then I have fled to hide inside a forest.
The opening has been vibrant, yes, although then it turns into a smell closer to a floor cleaner...extremely refined, of course.
What I liked the least is how low risk the composition was.
Yes, it has great quality, assembly and execution of an enormous level, but unfortunately it does not surprise me as much as other fragrances from this impressive house.
It is absolutely easy to wear for all types of occasions and times, on the other hand.

Retro darkness
It is a surprising perfume of which one imagines something different if you read the notes before smelling it.
It is a kind of dark fougere that would identify a Central European Renaissance vampire.
Although they smell different, it brought to mind an old well-known designer perfume such as Antaeus by Chanel.
It is very elegant and mysterious, dark and with a gloomy touch. There will be those who say that it is a retro, classic, old smell... and yes, it may be, but it has an interesting essence with a certain point of cleanliness and meatiness.
Unfortunately the performance is insufficient to be a true lord of the night, really is not enough to go beyond a fleeting appearance around midnight.

The fresher Pineward I know
The beginning impressed me.
At the same time extraordinarily easy to like, like a designer perfume, but impressive and novel vibrant tone.
Unfortunately, I think it quickly falls off and loses that initial strength.
I would say even fresher than Icefall, which is the lightest and freshest perfume from the house that I know of.
It also has considerably less personality.

It is very well assembled so that the more citrus notes only give it that vibrant point and cannot be isolated. That start full of brightness is reinforced by the spicy reinforcement and gives it an interest that slightly distances it from designer smells.

As a fresh and easy perfume it is highly recommended and of great quality. The big problem, as almost always with this type of smell, is its low performance.

Flat green floral, discrete for a Pineward
It's too ordinary a smell to be a Pineward, one always expects more from this house. Personally, I value research and being surprised, as they usually do.

It is an easy scent to wear, for all kinds of moments, people, times... with, let's say, "green and floral tones" mainly.
For me it has more light than most of the house's perfumes.
I really appreciate his good relationship with darkness, by the way.
That is why it will not be among the most interesting.

However, in a global context of perfumery, even niche, it has that background of great quality and personality. Somehow they achieve that warmth at the end and well, I wouldn't say an animalic "something", but hmm, a certain point after the start.

Complex and captivating
Lovely and wonderful smell.
Tremendously complex and very well cast and, at least for me, it's almost impossible to separate notes and hard to describe or compare with others.
It has a slightly boozy but essentially fruity opening, which gives way to a soft and welcoming bed, perhaps floral and velvety.
It is really intoxicating but given its subtlety it is easy to get carried away to pleasant states wrapped in its aroma.

If someone wear this it will certainly make others want to come closer to smell it again and again. And this is so because it does not have a projection or a silage that is noticeable, it is very short distances. Very discreet, for my taste, too much. And it's a shame because with this fragrance you can conquer the world based on personal relationships.

I would perhaps advise it for intimate enjoyment at the closest possible distances. Its virtue is also that being addictively attractive, it does not saturate and it does not tire you to smell it a lot, all the time.

Unfortunately it is very expensive and if you like it a lot, given its unremarkable performance, it will be very expensive for most people.
