Oh, when my husband wears this scent, I could just crawl into him :-) .....
I’m constantly hanging around his neck, "Let me sniff again, mmmhhhhh, I can’t get enough of it." Burberry for men is not a fragrance that pushes itself to the forefront. It’s cool understatement, but somehow still a statement... because it doesn’t need to present itself as such. Very well balanced, pleasantly harmonious, a citrus-herb freshness infusion with a soft woody touch. And by the way, one of the few fragrances where lavender doesn’t bother me. Simply appetizing!

The fragrance starts with a harsh, scratchy top note, the origin of which is puzzling to me, but one should not be put off by it! After a few minutes, this is no longer perceptible, and a very harmonious interplay of summery flowers and a slightly citrusy note reveals itself. In my eyes (or rather, my nose :-) ) a very successful, beautiful, fresh, and very feminine spring and summer scent. Radiant like the summer dawn...

I find the futuristic design of the bottle very appealing. However, it is unfortunately quite unwieldy, and it takes some hand acrobatics to operate the sprayer. But who cares...
I simply find Aura wonderful!!!

I have known Climat since my youth and have missed it for many years, as I cannot get along with the reformulation, which deviates significantly from the vintage version.

Now I was lucky enough to acquire an extrait of my "old treasure" and I am overjoyed.

The scent: a green, tart floral dance with a very special freshness, which I associate with a cool spring breeze. Very classic, very distinctive, and unique. Some women may find it too old-fashioned, but I have a fondness for classic chypres and this one is truly special to me.

Just like that - and only like that - I imagine the perfect, aesthetically and harmoniously designed garden captured 1:1 in a fragrance.

ZEN takes me on a journey through this beautiful garden on the path to serenity and inner harmony. This is exactly the feeling of well-being that the fragrance evokes in me ;-)
It is both calming and energizing.

The fruity and floral notes are wonderfully nestled on wood, incense, and patchouli, simply delightful...

I love well-composed patchouli fragrances where patchouli does not come across as a club, but rather subtly supports the floral components.

Amber and musk are also not dominant here (which I wouldn't like either), but are very skillfully used in the background, rounding off the fragrance softly.

With the abundance of components in the fragrance pyramid, it is astonishing that Zen does not overwhelm you.
But quite the opposite is true. All notes unite in perfect synergy.
Rarely have I experienced such a masterfully composed fragrance.

Simply magical...

Unfortunately, I have never been to Italy, but this fragrance embodies Italian lifestyle and pure joy for me. I spontaneously associate it with a drive along the Amalfi Coast in a convertible, the scent of lemon groves mixed with a fresh Mediterranean breeze, sun, laughter, Dolce Vita...

I find it sweet, thank God, not at all! It is floral-fresh, but also spicy and woody, an absolutely successful synthesis, very stimulating and energizing. Sparkling, also a bit fruity, and yet seeeeeery elegant...

The vanilla remains subtly in the background, gently highlighting the fresh, floral, and spicy notes.
