I understand why people call this “gothic rose”. It has a dark red rose feel that is sort of sterile and stony rather than delicious and jammy.

Light vanilla and salted cream. This is gentle but delicious. Though tasty, seems like a warmer weather scent, and heat might amp the salty note.
