CRA-YON's New Fragrance "Caramel Days": An Ode to Life's Sweet Moments
Young Swedish fragrance brand CRA-YON introduces "Caramel Days", a new unisex fragrance that combines notes of coconut, cocoa and caramel.
"Caramel Days is inspired by the little moments that make us pause, take a breath and awaken all our senses: the chirping of birds, the feeling of earth underfoot or when someone stops you on the street to smell caramel." - CRA-YON
Top notes of coconut, Brazilian orange and Italian mandarin fuse to create a sweet, fruity note that is replaced at the core by a soft floral bouquet of frangipani, Egyptian jasmine and heliotrope. Creamy vanilla, caramel, ambroxan and cocoa finally give the composition a sweet and warm depth.
Christine and Niclas Lydeen: The creative minds behind CRA-YON
Behind the Swedish fragrance brand is the married couple Niclas and Christine Lydeen. Before the two met, Christine completed her fashion design studies in Paris and lived and worked there for a time. When she eventually returned to Sweden, she met Niclas, an art director and visual artist. Together they decided to expand their creative skills into fragrances and founded the niche fragrance brand Agonist in 2008 and finally CRA-YON in the spring of 2020.
CRA-YON describes fragrances as a creative language that elevates personal expression to a new dimension. In creating its fragrances, the Swedish brand focuses on plant-based ingredients and sustainable, minimalist packaging. Last year, the label presented the composition "The High Road" - an earthy, green unisex fragrance.
The design of the new fragrance "Caramel Days" is also kept simple: The perfume's yellow liquid is captured in a transparent, rounded bottle with a black cap.
The fragrance is available in bottle sizes of 50 ml and 100 ml.
