Top notes combine rich and spicy aromas of cognac and rum with hints of nuts and subtle smoky nuances. Birch opens with an initial freshness and woody chords in the heart note. This freshness then gives way to a warm, smoky woody note of guaiac. Incense and leather add depth to the blend. In the drydown, the composition rounds out its profile by combining castoreum, animalic musk notes and amber notes on a fresh vetiver foundation.
