Simplicity done well.
I've seen people describe this as sharing a similar DNA or vibe to Azzaro The Most Wanted despite not sharing any notes - and I can understand the comparision, especially in the opening. However, the dry down as it settles in to a lavender and vetiver blanket really helps it stand on it's own. Definitely more than the sum of it's (admittedly simple) parts. Performs well too, particularly in terms of longevity. Blind bought this and originally planned to on-sell it, but the more I've worn it the more it's carved it's own niche.

Love this fragrance on its own, as I’m not familiar with Initio Paragon. Value for money is hard to beat when looking at the quality of the scent and its great performance. That said, I don’t reach for this as much as I probably should - it leans just SLIGHTLY too feminine for my tastes, but I think it’s legitimately a unisex fragrance. Brilliant.
