A beautiful gourmand fragrance that is superior to Intoxicated (Kilian). It starts with sweetly spicy cardamom accompanied by a whiff of bitter green olive leaves and chocolate-covered pink jelly. It continues with a blend of coffee and velvety benzoin from I'm Home. And finishes with a creamy smoky natural oud.

A wonderful, purely natural rose perfume without oud. A dense, honey-sweet, delicately fruity rose, refreshed by bitter bergamot and juicy orange, slowly evolves through airy jasmine flowers to velvety spicy patchouli, sweetened by benzoin resin and warmed by labdanum.

Byzantium would have been fitting for Empress Theofano at a ceremony in 963, as described by Gustav Schlumberger in his L’Epopée byzantine: "Sitting (...) on her high golden throne (...), with her face painted with vivid colours, her body tightened in a long golden dress like a tight case, which had just replaced her widow's garment, her shoulders wrapped in a heavy colourful cloak, embroidered in large squares with pearls and rubies, she resembled a strange glittering ancient idol, lost in silks, gems and precious metals." Beautiful classic yet modern man perfume. The opening, which combines bitter bergamot with lemon and cypress needles, is reminiscent of the beginning of Terre d'Iris (Miller Harris). It is followed by velvety lavender, which blends with pungent clove, sweetened with cinnamon dust. The finish includes earthy sweet, at some moments almost mushroomy patchouli smoothed with creamy musk.

Pleasant natural scent. The opening blend of oriental spices, which prominently features pungent clove, warming cinnamon, green cardamom and orange peel, evolves into a dominant velvety earthy incense, gently warmed by balsamic labdanum, reminiscent of Gringo and Balsamo della Mecca perfumes from the same brand.

A luxurious ambergris that needs time to develop. The opening is distinctly spicy and slightly musty and animalic as in Fiore d'Ambra (Profumum Roma), but gradually the fragrance smoothes out and the animality becomes pleasantly warm. After half an hour, the ambergris is already beautifully creamy and after a few hours its bittersweet position is complemented by the velvety smoky balsam of tolu.
