Anscheinend müssen Armaf Parfüms wirklich reifen!
Ich habe CDNIM LE vor ungefähr einem Monat neu gekauft und zuerst war ich tatsächlich ziemlich enttäuscht.
Kaum haltbarkeit und Projektion. Der Duft war okay aber ziemlich linear und etwas unspektakulär.
Jetzt nach einem Montag ist die Haltbarkeit sowie die Projektion schon wesentlich besser. 5-6 Stunden ganz gute Projektion mit 7-8 Stunden Haltbarkeit für mich völlig okay. Selbst danach bleibt noch ein Skin Scent.
Man muss allerdings beachten, dass man ziemlich schnell Nose Blind werden kann. Ich rieche den Duft nach einer Stunde ca. kaum noch. Aber immer wenn ich Freunde gefragt hatte, meinten sie die können den Duft auf jeden Fall recht stark wahrnehmen.
Ich bekomme sehr selten Komplimente für Düfte (ich schätze es liegt eventuell an Ostdeutschland aber keine Ahnung :D ). Für diesen Duft habe ich allerdings schon 2 Komplimente bekommen, wenn auch nur von Männern haha.
Zum Duft selbst. Er hat sich in dem Monat auch schon wesentlich verfeinert. Klar hat er ein starkes Zitrus Opening was ich okay finde, aber ich kann verstehen, wenn es manchen zu extrem ist. Danach ein sehr angenehmer rauchiger Zitrone und bisschen Ananas Duft der leicht frisch ist und sich zu einem für mich wirklich angenehmen, cremigen, leicht süßlichen, leicht rauchigen, fast schon leckeren Duft im späten Drydown entwickelt.
Ich finde der Duft wirkt für den Preis wirklich hochwertig und es wird wahrscheinlich einer meiner Signature Düfte für diesen Sommer. Top!

The Gourmand of my liking
The last reviewer said he does not like the lavender / mint in the first hours or so and finds it unsuitable for a Gourmand Scent.
That's actually something I really enjoy. Maybe it's because I don't like sweet and Gourmand Scent so much in general. But I really like that these two accords give the scent a little bit of a rough edge. A little bit spicy freshness and a bit more masculinity.
I had the Le Male Elixir on one arm and Naxos on the other. And although Naxos is as such a better composition and way higher quality, I actually liked Le Male quite a bit more. And specifically, because of this kinda abrasive Lavender / Mint combo which should disturb the composition, but for me makes it a bit more manly, a bit less overlay Gourmand.
But then again, maybe that's for me specifically because I don't like Gourmand Scents and sweet scents that much.
Non the less I really wanted to have one seductively sweet scent and from all the ones I tested so far (SWU / Most wanted / Naxos / Spicebomb etc. ) I really liked Le Male Elixir the most.
Very sweet but astonishingly not too sweet for me because of the excellent composition. Long lasting, quite loud, a bit playful and a bit seductive. A Gourmand to my linking. Let's see if I can stand the sweetness for a whole 125 ml bottle haha.

A Special Everyday Scent
The original He Wood was my signature scent for a long time, so I am super happy that the perfume is finally available again.
For me, the original Wood is hardly distinguishable from the original He Wood, which makes me absolutely happy!
To me, it is very woody, very masculine, a bit fresh and zesty, and somehow unique and special for an everyday scent.
It's not something super extravagant or special compared to Sauvage Elixir or similar. But for a solid, everyday-appropriate, and very versatile fragrance, I find it very unique. Something I haven't come close to smelling in other scents so far.
And even now, it is once again my signature scent because I really like it, and I think it's great that almost no one smells like me :)

The Best Right Now!
I am back in the perfume game after years and have smelled all my old favorites and the current hits over the past few weeks.
For me, Sauvage Elixir is by far the best and most interesting perfume I have smelled so far.
To me, it is a clear Sauvage, but miles better than the others in the line.
With no other perfume have I eagerly awaited the package to finally arrive.
The scent is very masculine, initially extremely spicy and sweet and somewhat overwhelming. Then it unfolds step by step, and for me, each stage is a delight. In the end, the lavender is clearly the star along with the underlying Sauvage DNA, a slight sweetness, and a pronounced spiciness depending on the stage.
An absolute hit and for me, currently incomparable to anything else.
For me, Sauvage Elixir is by far the best and most interesting perfume I have smelled so far.
