A Thousand Lakes is an extremely evocative perfume. It brings back long forgotten childhood memories, of hazy summers spent by the lake, of quiet, lazy evenings staring at the still, reflective surface of the water thrown by the last rays of sun, of gentle, dying fires flickering under the moonlight next to a small tent set up by a lakeshore in the middle of nowhere.
