Summer!
Sweet summer scent, quite fruity - zesty like an elaborate cocktail, I can't wear it every day. More of an evening scent, it lasts a very long time. Actually, it smells best on the discarded clothing the next day. It was funny that after a visit to the perfume shop, I had tracked several scents, some on my wrist, some on paper strips, and later I kept thinking "which scent is this now, that smells a bit like insect spray?". I had to search for a long time in the store until I found it again. Because of the bottle, I would have never guessed it was the one.

Sweet, simply sweet
Hello! I've been reading comments and statements about fragrances that interest me for a long time, or comparing the scent compositions. So far, I haven't written a review because I often can't pick out the individual components. That's why I've always read here to identify commonalities in scents that I like or don't like. Now that I've tested the new L'Interdit, I'm writing my first review. Why? Well, this fragrance just blows me away. But not in a positive way. I find it simply unbearable sweet. Instant headaches. The same happens to me with almost all Chanel perfumes and also with, for example, Armani Code. And what do these fragrances have in common? Orange blossom/Neroli, jasmine, and/or tuberose. Then add vetiver or tonka bean on top, and you have a headache candidate. A scent for young women who can't get enough sweetness and intensity. Way too much, I had to wash it off immediately and still smelled it for a long time, so the longevity is as strong as the intensity. I have citrus trees at home whose blossoms smell so wonderful, and I find it so sad that perfumes with the ingredient "orange blossom or neroli" are always so overwhelmingly intense.
