Flower scent Barbie
Since I am very curious by nature and wanted to test for myself if the hype is justified, I ordered a sample from a nice perfuma and was quite curious how I would like the composition of rhubarb, lychee, etc.

Already the first spray shot catapulted me decades back into my childhood. Wow, that smells like the cologne they put on my very first Barbie. That was then shortly after the fall of the Wall the flower scent Barbie.

I always thought that Cool Water by Davidoff was my first perfume (in my teens) but this sample reminded me of my first own childhood perfume. It's impressive for me that even decades later you're reminded of another supposedly long-forgotten scent by a fragrance.

The durability is very good. Three sprays are enough to fragrance all day. How strong the scent can be perceived by others, I cannot estimate myself, because I did not receive any feedback from my environment. But that doesn't have to mean anything, as it is probably rather rare to receive comments on one's own perfume.

Unfortunately I can't really recognize the individual scents and therefore can't describe the scent very well. Most likely I perceive the rose components and a fresh fruity soapiness. But this rudimentary description does not do justice to this fragrance by far. Sorry that I cannot provide a well-founded description of the fragrance. But I still felt the need to tell you about my scent déjà-vu and how great I find the fragrance and how well I can understand the hype.

So this was it, my first comment on my "very first" scent from back then... ;)
