Rollercoaster of Fragrance Senses
For quite some time, I have been captivated by the fever of fragrances. I had entered several perfumeries before I discovered Roja Elysium a few days ago. Unfortunately, the tester bottle was empty down to the last drop, so I was left with only the option of smelling from the atomizer.
Just that alone awakened a certain wow effect in me. Nevertheless, I left the store feeling uncertain because I prefer to smell a more expensive perfume on my skin for several hours before purchasing it.
Since this scent wouldn't leave my mind, I managed to snag an original 10 ml sample on eBay. When the fragrance package finally landed in my mailbox, I could hardly wait to open it and apply the first spray to my skin. What followed was somehow overwhelming. It was a total rollercoaster ride of my olfactory senses. I had never encountered a perfume with as many fragrance notes as Roja Elysium.
A broad grin spread across my face, and the thought that I had found THE perfume for a very long time overwhelmed me. Particularly striking is the fresh and strongly citrusy, almost slightly sour top note consisting of, among others, grapefruit, bergamot, lemon, and lime. This incredible freshness and zestiness had never been so pronounced in any other perfume I had experienced.
The rollercoaster ride concludes with a heart note of blackcurrant (which I personally hardly notice), apple, may rose, etc., leading to a distinctly perceivable and very pleasant base note of vetiver, cedarwood, vanilla, amber, and musk. The citrus notes of the initial top note remain detectable until the very end.
With a longevity of about 6 hours, I can manage, although a bit longer would have been nice. I could still perceive the scent on my clothes the next day.
The sillage is quite good in the first approximately 3 hours, but not outstanding.
In terms of price, Elysium is certainly not the cheapest, but in my eyes-or rather, my nose?-it's worth every €!
I will definitely purchase the bottle once the sample is finished.
Even my wife, who is very particular about perfumes, didn’t want to leave my side ;-)
For me, it’s an absolute must-have summer scent that every man should at least try.
So now, enough of the adulation?

Parfum de Marly Layton yes I want it …
Parfum de Marly Layton is a so-called “fruitchouli,” a fruity patchouli scent.
It contains bergamot, lavender, apple, mandarin, violet, jasmine, geranium, guaiac wood, patchouli, sandalwood, cardamom, vanilla, and pepper. For me, it’s a delicious mix of fruits, flowers, woods, and spices.
Led by bergamot and apple in a sparkling passion. The intoxicating amber increases the intensity, which is further enhanced by pink pepper.
Vanilla and woods contribute to the sophisticated and addictive character. Rounded off with a fascinating hint of caramelized coffee. For me, one of the most beautiful fragrances ever.

Black Afgano what a blast
Powerful, intoxicating, and very distinctive: “Black Afgano” by “Nasomatto” seduces the senses with hypnotic hemp and
psychedelic wood notes. This fragrance was created to evoke the effect of lasting feelings of happiness.
I recently discovered this scent by chance. I smelled it once from the flacon and knew it was the one for me.
The aroma is very smoky, rough but not too overpowering.
It contains hemp, coffee, incense, tobacco, resins, woody, and green notes.
Darkness has claimed this perfume. The longevity and sillage of “Black Afgano” are above average. Beautiful flacon in lovely packaging.
