Last year around the same time as now, I had to take my car to the garage.
The ladies from the reception went out with me to the parking lot to pick up the car.

Boom and there was "HE" so actually "SHE"! The wind immediately carried that unmistakable powdery, sweet, creamy scent to my nose and I knew I had never smelled this scent before. Following her into this silage of warm cashmere and sandalwood made my olfactory buds dance the samba. I was caught in the net of this fragrance in an instant.

I couldn't help but ask her about the scent she was wearing.
"This Is Her! | Zadig & Voltaire" never heard of it before.
I stood in front of the bottle in the perfumery and to be honest, I would never have guessed that this simple bottle contained such a "BÄHM - Boom" fragrance. Visually, I probably wouldn't have found it so quickly.

This visit to the workshop has left its mark on me to this day. I have already repurchased the fragrance and will do so again.

I received this fragrance as a gift from my mom a few years ago.

Actually, there are only fragrance notes here that I like, but their composition and dosage are not harmonious for me.

What can I say, the two of us just don't get along! I don't like to smell this fragrance on myself or others at all! It's too strong, intrusive and intense, so it almost gives me a headache. Since then it has spent its life in the cupboard, at least the bottle is nice to look at.

For me, this fragrance is the epitome of summer, sun, beach and vacation

With every spray, this wonderful, fresh, citrusy feeling spreads over my skin and takes me back to the white sandy beach bit by bit.

For me, this fragrance is like a ray of sunshine that makes the crystal-clear turquoise sea sparkle on its surface.
Large coconut palms grow all around, not only providing shade, but also pampering us with fresh green coconuts. In between, jasmine and ylang-ylang are present with the delicacy of a butterfly.

Although this is certainly a light Tom Ford fragrance, it lasts surprisingly long on my "all-absorbing" skin. I can recommend this fragrance to anyone who likes to have summer preserved in a bottle.

"Love at first smell"

hardly any expression could better describe my first encounter with BDK Velvet Tonka. In the festive hustle and bustle of Christmas shopping, I, a self-confessed tonka bean fan, found my soulmate.
The first sample, sprayed frivolously on my skin and I was hooked. A direct hit for my senses, which immediately sent messengers of joy to my brain. It immediately took my mind away.
My heart and nose couldn't have been more in love and satisfied!

BDK Velvet Tonka showed its impressive staying power and ensnared me with its presence until the next day, even leaving a mesmerizing scent on the test strip for a week.

During the rest of the shopping trip, not only did I succumb to its captivating charm, but my best friend couldn't resist paying attention to the fragrance again and again.

It was clear! This fragrance had to become mine! With rapturous words and a touch of theatricality, I asked the Christ Child, in my case my husband, to enrich my earthly existence with Velvet Tonka. For me, the fragrance embodies the feeling of warmth, security and safety. It envelops and beguiles me with an ensemble of almond, orange, vanilla, tobacco and, of course, tonka bean.

I finally found my olfactory heart's desire under the Christmas tree. Velvet Tonka has crystallized into my personal feast for the senses. I now spend the cold days wrapped up in its warm notes. A dream come true that turns every day into a celebration.
