I think about this one a lot. After testing more than 400 frags, nothing smells like Gucci Guilty EDP. It's fresh, but dirty. Beautiful rose forward fougere, with salt and pepper notes, drying down to a chocolatey patchouli. It's almost a niche style Eros Flame.

Super versatile. Casual or dressed-up, go anywhere type of scent. Works especially well in the transitional months, as well as nighttime year round.

I find it performs very adequately.

Best from the line for me. Designer unique-ness done right.

New formulation here and I don't pick up any tobacco. Sounds like they took it out at some point to modernize it? Maybe a good move because I'm really loving this warmer weather scent for its classy soapiness and its golden buttery warmth. It evolves into a sunny aromatic that suggests both professional success and mediterranean holidays. Doesn't quite last all day but the performance is average for EDT, and prices are reflective of that. This punches way above its weight for the price.

Gotta say, tobacco is a favorite note of mine, but I don't think I'm missing it here. This is very close to a perfect designer fragrance.
