For Cotton Candy Lovers
If you like the sweet delicate smell of cotton candy at the fair then this beautifully done gourmand fragrance should appeal to your inner child. This is so close to the real scent of cotton candy and brings back many happy memories for me. With notes like bergamot, licorice, and cedarwood you might wonder how they pulled this off but I can assure you this is a very well blended fragrance. It is a medium intensity fragrance which I find much lighter than Britney Spears Fantasy. It warms up nicely on the skin and I catch wafts of it in the breeze which reminds me of standing in front of the cotton candy machine while waiting for it to be made. Delicious Cotton Candy is a perfume so sweet and sugary yet delicate enough not to become sickening or cloying. For Cotton Candy lovers I truely believe this is the best Cotton Candy scent I have tried.

Sunshine in a bottle
When Elizabeth Arden came out with this perfume I was intrigued by the name. All I could think of was "Do sunflowers really have a scent?" It didn't matter. I bought some anyway because it was unlike anything I had ever smelled. The following year I planted sunflowers just so I could smell them. They dont have a flowery smell, just a green herbal smell, which I did pick up (bergamont) in this perfume...so if sunflowers had a fragrance this would be it! This is a sweet, floral, fruity, strong fragrance that was truely creative

Tropical delight
I didn't like this when I tried it at the perfume counter and so I snubbed it despite glowing reviews. There was a synthetic top note that I can't name and it just smelled watery and weak. Last Christmas there was a gift set with 4 fragrance minis and Beyond Paradise was in it. I purchased the set for travel purposes and grudgingly used this fragrance. This really started to grow on me as it changed by the hour. It was like walking through a tropical rain forest where you smell one flower, then another, and then several in combination. I could smell wet tree bark somewhere in the distance...but barely. This is definatley a fragrance that you can't knock until you try it.

Queen of spice
Cinnabar is the Queen of my winter fragrance collection. This is a very warm, even hot oriental spicy perfume. It is deep, rich, dark, and mysterious. Opium pales in comparison though I love them both. This fragrance evokes images of bitter cold winter days, sitting by a fireplace and drinking wasil. It is frequently the one I wore for Christmas eve. One whiff of this on a cold day could warm you to your bones. This fragrance is very strong and over spraying it makes me nauseated so my bottle usually last years. There is also something very sexy about this but I found it too overwhelming for up close romantic encounters. Cinnabar is the kind of perfume that fills a room and people can smell it from a distance. During Winter when gift sets come out they have dusting powder available. I bought the dusting powder and wear that for daytime or romance.

Gardenia floral
Fairy dust is a beautiful gardenia scent. I'm not crazy about peony (impresses me as synthetic or cheap) but I tolerate it in many fragrances because it mixes well with other florals. Peony is not overdone in this one. I really can't pick out the orange blossom. If I had to guess I would think jasmine is in here somewhere but it isn't listed in the notes. The peach lends sweetness without being singled out and the base of vanilla, patchouli, and musk gives it the soft powdery dry down that makes me like this so much. Some people have noticed a dirty or dusty smell and I'm sure this is coming from the patchouli/musk combination as I am picking up on that ever so slightly but not in significant amount. To me this is her best fragrance that I have tried so far. Now I am picking up the vanilla after 20 minutes. I really like this one.
