Un Jardin de Pfanner Iced Tea
My long search for a green summer fragrance has found its happy ending here, and I was almost ready to pay about ten times the price. The ultimate proof that a great scent doesn't always have to be expensive.
The EdP starts green, citrusy, fresh, and slightly sweet but completely devoid of that synthetic designer sweetness. Simply refreshingly different.
A parallel to Pfanner's iced tea is undeniable. Later, it becomes a bit woodier and slightly masculine. It is really similar to "Un Jardin en Méditerranée | Hermès," although the Hermès is a bit more complex, floral, and feminine. However, I particularly enjoy this unobtrusive simplicity of Vintage Green. Especially on a stressful summer day, or when you just don't feel like a complex scent, Vintage Green is brilliantly refreshing and invigorating.
The packaging is high-quality, the bottle is simple, made of heavy glass with a metal cap.
All in all, a truly beautiful perfume and one of the few that you can confidently buy blind at its price of €20-25 in my opinion.

Sprayed briefly and immediately in the deepest forest
Without warning, you suddenly find yourself in a dense mixed forest. It is already dark, but the night will surely last for another 8 hours. It must have just rained, as the air feels heavy and the moss-covered roots are still wet.
You can almost hear the mighty forest growing around you. Animals or the city folks with their designer perfumes seem to be too afraid to venture deep into the woods.
Coven by Andrea Maack is an incredibly authentic forest unisex scent that, while not fresh, I personally would prefer to wear in autumn/winter. However, it does not come off musty at all, making it suitable for young people as well. It is, however, somewhat dark, which I perceive as rather masculine.

Good Longevity ... unfortunately
Opens fruity and summery, but also somewhat synthetic.
Then comes one of the most beautiful heart notes of a summer fragrance ever:
Aquatic and modern - completely without that old-school Davidoff Cool Water or deodorant scent, but simply like the pure ocean at its finest. Wow!
But then comes the big disappointment in the base:
Gradually, a note emerges that simply smells like sweat, until it ultimately dominates everything. Admittedly, the perfume is then only close to the skin, but still, that's exactly the note you don't want, especially in summer, and it really put me off.
Of course, also tested on paper to exclude personal influences.
Additionally, this sweat smell lingers for an incredibly long time.
Thus, LB Eau Intense is one of the few fragrances where I wished for a shorter longevity.

Completely different in the base than the EdT
I had hoped for a stronger version of the EdT but was disappointed.
In the opening, it is still very similar to the EdT with the beautiful Eros DNA, but the Eau de Parfum develops in a distinctly "more masculine" and, in my opinion, less pleasant way. For me, it is not only a bit more mature but goes in a completely different direction, which I find very unfortunate.
