Wow... what a perfume... I must confess, since I heard about the brand A Lab On Fire over a year ago, I have been a big fan. My first two ALOF perfumes were “What We Do In Paris Is Secret” and “Messy Sexy Just Rolled Out Of Bed”. I tested these in a cute little Belgian perfumery, fell in love, and took both home immediately.
I then did a bit of research on what else ALOF has to offer, and then I was suddenly struck by a buying frenzy and ordered Liquidnight. A blind purchase. I usually don't do that, but I somehow had a good feeling (even though the fragrance pyramid piqued my curiosity, it didn’t belong to my “comfort zone” at all). And then it arrived (ooooh the design and packaging - I love the concept!!). I tried it and my first thought was - oh my God, this is SO FAR AWAY from my comfort zone, what have I bought?! And then it began to “protect” me.

I don't even want to go into the individual notes and their intensity and progression, but just describe my feeling...
It gives me an indescribably beautiful feeling of security, bliss, trust, the epitome of intimacy. I just feel good when I wear it and sniff at my wrist. But strangely, I like to keep it to myself. It’s not a perfume for the office, going out, café, party, or shopping for me. It’s a mysterious, gentle, magical feel-good perfume that gives me security and well-being. I only wear it at home - after a long workday, for example.
Ah... I am completely taken with it...
One more thing: Sillage and longevity are great for me! And: from my perspective, unisex!
