Nice smell with mediocre performance
I was able to buy this for about 27 euros, so for the money I paid this fragrance offers a fair value.
To describe the scent of this you take the original L'Eau D'Issey tone down the citrus by half and replace it with some conifers.
The fragrance opens very sharp and in the start I only smell the conifers, which makes the top to woody and sharp for my taste. It takes about 15 minutes for the citruses to start to kick in, but only slightly in the first half hour.
The fragrance is woody aromatic and after my two first wearings it seems to lean the same direction as two other fragrances I have in my collection Encre Noir Sport and Rasasi Oudh al Misk.
The main difference is the opening as I said L'Eau d'Issey pour Homme by Kevin Lucbert does not have any citruses in the opening compared to the other two I mentioned.
Also for the current moment I was not able to test them side by side as of yet, since the two later mentioned are not available at my current location.
Regarding the longevity I get about 4-6 hours of longevity with about 1-2 hour of good projection.
Based on future testing and side by side comparison I might come back to add more details to this review.

Cheap synthetic mess
I blind bought this one based on the hype, and honestly now I regret it.
It is very synthetic and it reminds of the body sprays and deodorants, that I used to wear when I didn't know too much about fragrances.
The performance, both silage and longevity, is beastly, but what good if it smells like a 3 euros Denim body spray.
Just to be sure it's just not me I asked for second opinions and I got the same comparisons with 3-4 euros body sprays.
You could say that it does have some similarities with Blue de Chanel, Mont Blanc Legend and other fragrance it was compared to, but the way it smells is like a poor man fragrance, or teen who can't afford better for now, since he is not working yet.
Most of my ratings on this site are either love or like, but this gets a dislike and if I would have to rate it would be 6/10.

A westernized Lattafa
If you would not read the name on the bottle or see the package you would not guess this is a Lattafa fragrance. It is a very westernized fragrance, totally different from all the Lattafa fragrances I've smelled in the past.
The smell is very syrupy sweet, it is only after 3-4 hours that it starts to get slightly less syrupy and a bit powdery. When it comes to sweetness the fragrance goes in the same direction as let's say Joop Homme, Montblanc Individuel or maybe even Pure Malt, without the boozy accord. I'm not saying it is similar to any of these fragrances, but it goes in the same direction and the fruitiness and the sweetness makes me think about these fragrances.
Longevity is beast mode, 5-6 hours of moderate to heavy projection, followed by another 10-12 hours of soft to moderate.
I don't know who voted this as a summer fragrance, but this is everything but a summer fragrance.
It doesn't smell cheap at all and it performs way above its price. Currently in my country it sells for about 15-20$ and for the price it is a a good pick... if you like very sweet fragrances. It is very linear and the strong sweetness you encounter in the opening will be there all the way to the end.

Cucumbery/Appley/Melony/Watery/Transparent and easy to wear
The title should describe how I feel about it's smell. Performance wise is also quite impressive, lasts for anywhere between 8-12 hours on my skin and projects great for 5-6 hours. Also even though it is quite strong for a summer scent I think it is quite hard to over spray it or even offend anyone with this one, since it is quite a transparent scent.
The 10 for the design of the bottle applies to the old bottle with the metal cap, the one with the plastic cap would get a 7-7.5.
