sour dazzling?
It smells good, but I don't find it as finely tuned as described from time to time. At least not balanced. Not at all. Initially, yes, in the opening it appears almost leathery and you can smell some components that complement each other. But ultimately, or in other words: in the dry down, a bright sour dazzling soapy incense dominates, which smells much sharper than normal incense from burning on your own stove. Similar to lemon-eucalyptus. Almost like synthetic abstract sour stinging sweat based on resin. It reminds me of Heeley: Cardinal and Montale: Full Incense.
But as I said, I don't find the perfume bad, but rather nice and usable.
Maybe a candidate for layering or mixing.
I wonder whether to pronounce it "lavs" or "laus" and can’t answer that for anyone.

sweet 'n' smooth Hay Fire Banana
Here a Cabana, there a Grey Point, here a Scotish, there a Mr Sharp. Some La Rive fragrances have appealed to me a bit and I have used them occasionally. I find some completely useless and I can do little with others. I don’t even want to use the pretty red one with the turtle, the apple catastrophe, as a label remover. Blurry is at least aptly done, Amber King has something, the Sauvage dupe is strangely popular, and Heroic is really good for its type, even though it’s too fruity for me on most days. But I haven’t come across a La Rive that I always enjoy smelling. Plot twist: La Rive dupe captivates me and triumphs over the original. Top dry down! Ripe bananas, hot bananas, hay-silo package, and a piece of honeydew melon.

Definitely also reminiscent of Fahrenheit. I just wanted to describe it detached at first, but it is a remarkable imitation of the original.

As for Hitfire's persistence, after spraying a hint on my pants in the evening, I can still smell it the next evening (among other things on the bus after work at 11:00 PM). I occasionally wonder about a pleasant sweet scent unexpectedly in my nose and remember, oh yes, I sprayed Hitfire on my pants.
Some may be upset that I say longevity is 10, but if a perfume achieves the duration that suits it, then for me that’s a full score and anything above would be unnecessary. So I prefer to evaluate based on assessment rather than indicating intensity.

The name Hitfire surely has good reasons, but the scent is so soft and completely non-smoky that it sounds somewhat misleading. Another point regarding its appearance is that the bottle still lacks the color yellow to fully represent the scent. Brown tones could definitely emerge from it. Because the scent of Hitfire reminds me of dried bananas. Not the crispy slices, but the leathery fillets.
That the selling price is around €8 and doesn’t even hit €9 (currently) is bananas. The affordability of Hitfire hits higher.

SynthAmber, Soap, Shampoo, Hand Cream
Hand cream for women, the scent overwhelms me.
Synthetic amber and musky. Soapy jasmine.
Bergamot is also noticeable.
No cannabis so far. Maybe another day?
Iris? Yeah, could be, but if so, it's subtle (specifically synthesized?).
I also don't smell any incense or cedar.
Sillage is ladies' cream, as mentioned.
The only thing left to mention is that I would have guessed there’s pepper in it, because something smells like pepper.

I compare this perfume stylistically to Eau Ressourçante and "Intrigo Devastante Intense | Parfums Vintage," so shampoo-like "ladies' cosmetic freshness"

Durability Issue, Otherwise Very Nice
This perfume has a fascinatingly good scent idea, which unfortunately is not realized over time by the actual lasting notes. The wonderful apple-cardamom opening is intoxicating. I would love to wear a perfume that can hold this opening scent for more than 10 minutes, preferably more than 30 minutes.
But the DD of 007 is okay. Just not very special.
Maybe I will try layering it with Layton Exclusif or mixing them together. 007 only scores 4.8 points in scent, but for my taste, it is more usable than that and surpasses many perfumes in that point range. The everyday utility of the scent is quite high for me; it feels very fresh and somewhat elegantly mystical/chic. The bottle colors in bright light are super cool, and the mechanical cover function against "spill accidents" - the spray head cover tube rises when turning at the neck (I believe it's a Bond equipment reference) - as well as the bottle materials are great and functional.

Land of the Ephemeral Iris with Ginseng Hint and Muted Patch Note on a Synthetic Base
Since I started testing perfumes intensively, around 2021, I have been longing for one that smells something like the first 20 minutes of this one. An earthy, ginseng root-like direction, for example, through patchouli, iris, and pepper. Cocoa and tonka might also add something good to it. Unfortunately, this land loses its earthiness after 40 minutes and evaporates into floral and wine cask notes (slightly boozy?).
What a shame, just barely missing a perfectly beautiful scent or just passing by briefly. So, for the rooty iris impression that I love, I still have to keep returning to my Saffron&Iris from 4711, even though it is so airy, and I still wish for something earthier and spicier. DHI also captures it quite well at first, but then you drown in vanilla. Maybe I should try a ginseng perfume after all. Otherwise, it can be said about Land that it ends up leathery after 40 minutes. I would need to test it a few more times to say whether the synthetic sweaty floral base bothers me, which I almost fear will be annoying. By the way, the perfume is relatively weak overall. But for a budget option, Land would definitely be in my collection.
