I have known this perfume for a very long time, but I only fell in love with it NOW!

My first contact was about 10 years ago when I saw this beautiful bottle in the duty-free shop at the airport in Vienna. I chose it totally spontaneously for my flight and eagerly sprayed it on myself.

Flight, Virgin Mary, vacation, escaping everyday life - these became my very first associations with it.

After that, every few years, I would sniff it here and there when I was in a store, but I never had it in my own collection.

Now, 10 years later, I see it again in the store. Once again, like a curious child, I sprayed it on myself and the feeling of Virgin Mary and the airport came back to mind. This time, however, I took the scent home with me. Okay, not quite, I ordered it.

The scent is fruity, cheerful, sensual, fresh, and it awakens the empress in me. Yes, I may not wear it at the airport like back then, but I wear it when I want to feel truly alive, dynamic, energetic, and take off!

I don’t know how, but this scent awakens my energy reserves. After a tiring night with our 2 little ones (2 years and 7 months), I spray it on myself 2-3 times, put both in the sibling stroller, and off we go jogging! Yes, I think we have the decision every day, what do we want to get out of our day?! Does the whole day have to be sluggish just because the night was too?

Scents can have such an incredible impact on our mood. At least for me, a lot. (Yes, I’m crazy enough to wear perfume while jogging. lol)

The scent is zesty and colorful like a fruit salad, which some have already described here. Big juicy melon, fresh rhubarb, exotic kiwi, oh God, it’s amazing! I can already see summer!!!!! Pure energy and zest for life.

And the longevity is not to be underestimated; even though it is a fresh-fruity scent, my sports clothes still smelled of it the next day.

In my opinion, the price-performance ratio is just right.

The bottle is simple and straightforward but still somehow powerful & hefty. That’s exactly what I like so much.

For me, it’s the ultimate spring and summer scent!

Empress, you are wonderful. You bring out my best side. I shine, no matter how exhausting that night was again. I make the best of it, just as you make the best of my mood.

It's raining sugar! Awesome!

I love Pink Sugar. It is one of the absolute sweetest perfumes I personally know. It is pure, liquid sugar to spray on.

The price is - for this longevity and this delicious gourmand scent - simply first class!

One or two sprays are enough for the whole day, it is very intense! I find that the scent doesn't change much, it is and remains sugar sweet.

I choose Pink Sugar on days when I just want to feel really good. Sure, I want to feel good every day, but I mean specifically those "glitter on and that's it" days. Maximum pink power.

The scent is often perceived from the outside as something edible, somewhat similar to Vanilla West Indies (by far the best vanilla perfume in the world).
People enter the room and ask: what smells so delicious?!?! Donuts? Cotton candy? Cake? Wow, it smells really good!

In summer, I hold back a bit with Pink Sugar, as I somehow fear that the bees and wasps find it at least as delicious as I do.

I also think it is a cold weather scent. Especially when it gets cooler, rainier, and a bit gloomier outside, Pink Sugar gives me back the pure, sweet, glitter life.

So who is Pink Sugar suitable for? It is indeed a very playful scent and somehow it has something childish and playful about it. So what? Who the hell says that women over 30, 40, 50, 60, or 70 can't show their childlike side? And besides, you never get old for the sweet life :)

I have known and used this fragrance for over 15 years now.

My first encounter with this scent: I kept smelling it on a former colleague - and eventually bought it for myself. I think it suited her quite well. She had short brown hair that was always a bit tousled, was a very temperamental woman who spread good vibes, and occasionally liked to tell a naughty joke or two.

Since then, this fragrance has been in my collection, apart from a small break in between. I associate this scent with that cheeky and self-confident colleague. For me, it is fresh, sporty, self-assured, extravagant, smells like freshly showered, clean, modern, and cheeky at the same time.

Tomato leaf, suede... what a fantastic combination is that?!

A few years ago in Vienna: In the Albertina, a wonderful museum. A woman stands next to me admiring a painting with her husband.

I couldn't resist and eventually asked her about her perfume after discreetly following her for a while, hoping to guess what it could be. I was surprised that I didn't recognize the scent at all since I had used it long before! She seemed to be on vacation, spoke only English, and was a bit taken aback by my question about her fragrance, but then she laughed heartily and revealed it to me :) Once home, you can guess it, the fragrance was reordered.

Interestingly, scents often smell completely different when worn by others.

I really enjoy wearing this fragrance in spring and summer. For hot days, it’s a welcome refreshment, helping to keep a cool head. I love wearing this scent at work; it makes me feel as if I’ve just showered all day long. I associate this fragrance with a sense of calmness, a certain coolness. It makes me feel a bit masculine, which gives me a sense of strength and a touch of dominance. I can also dance a little outside the lines and tell a naughty joke.

I envision an elegant, minimally dressed businesswoman with this scent. But it also suits a woman who enjoys wearing her sneakers and boyfriend jeans :) And yes, it’s also quite fitting for high heels and a dress. However, this fragrance is less about the outfit and more about the attitude and mood :)

The scent is slightly metallic, but definitely not in a negative way and certainly not like a rusty metal rod or something. This metallic note even gives it a certain dominance, power, and strength. I find that good and it’s a brilliant change from other floral & fresh scents for the "well-behaved ladies" ;)

The longevity is quite okay for a fresh perfume; I can still smell it on my clothes in the evening, although of course not as intensely. I like to spray it again during the day.

I find the appearance of the bottle quite casual & stylish.

I like to spray 3-4 times to achieve a real freshness kick :)

Well then, let’s spray and tell naughty jokes ;)

Dolce Vita is a very, very special perfume for me personally

It is one of the most multifaceted scents I know & has a mega recognizability, especially now in a time of lush sweet fragrances.

The first time I encountered this perfume was in the bathroom of my then "training housewife" during my family internship through my social work school. I was allowed to intern with her for half a year and support her in her daily life with her children. Her name was Rita.

She was a thoroughly cheerful, loving, and truly beautiful woman. Yes, a natural beauty. She had short, curly blonde hair. She smiled a lot. She was such a good soul. She cared for her family with much love. She cooked fresh every day and used only the best organic ingredients. She had the patience of an angel and radiated pure joy of life and confidence. Professionally, she was a religious education teacher. She had such a pleasant, humorous, and lively way about her. I confess....
Every time I was in her bathroom, I would take the bottle and sniff it a little ;)
Yes, this scent suited her so well. Since then, I automatically associate this scent with Rita.

Shortly after, I also bought this fragrance and used it quite happily here and there. However, I took it out of my collection for a long, long time.

Now, almost 15 years later, I am walking down the street and suddenly I smell this fragrance. I recognize it immediately. The funny thing: no one is passing by me, no one behind or in front of me. I see no one. Just this Dolce Vita scent cloud was simply there, suddenly in the air.

Upon arriving home, I set out to search for this fragrance again - and ordered it the same day. It arrived. Today I have it on for the first time in a long while and it transports me back to my internship time with Rita. I see us sitting together in her attic apartment over a coffee, she smiles and a curl playfully falls into her face. She has classical music playing in the background. The sun is shining in and everything is beautiful and good. Life is beautiful.

How I would describe the scent: very warm, soothing, harmonious, spicy, sweetish, apricot & peach, vanilla, deliciously cinnamon, optimistic, strong presence, and a hint of sexiness. It smells of sunshine, joy, and warmth. It is a fragrance I wear when I want to be my best self.

In my opinion, it is an incredibly dynamic scent. A bottle full of zest for life hits the mark, just as the name suggests :)

The longevity is amazing - for hours and the days after, it can still be smelled on clothing.

1-2 sprays are enough, I think, as it can become too strong otherwise.

The bottle is very appealing, playful, and elegant.

I became aware of this perfume through an interview with a celebrity in a magazine. She mentioned that she received a lot of compliments and "what is that?" regarding this scent....and that it smells like vanilla. My curiosity was immediately piqued. That was about 8 years ago.

Since then, this noble and delicious piece has been in my collection, and I have already gone through a few bottles.

It smells so intensely of vanilla, like no other perfume I know. When I enter a room, I am almost ALWAYS asked what smells so good? Cake? Donuts? Vanilla cookies? Muffins? Cotton candy??!?

This scent envelops me for hours, it is very long-lasting, 1-2 sprays are enough for the whole day!!! It has an oily consistency, so please be careful with light clothing.

It is definitely one of the highest quality fragrances I know and own. It is quite pricey, but in my opinion, worth every euro.

Definitely a fall/winter scent, for summer I find it too much. On cold days, this fragrance really warms and creates an entirely positive atmosphere! I adore this scent! Oh, holy vanilla!
