"Layton on steroids?"
Moin people,
This fragrance is described yes like times as the "Layton on steroids". From "Casino Elixir 2.0 | The Dua Brand / Dua Fragrances" I was absolutely disappointed and could not understand the hype, but this fragrance...
Top note: Catastrophic. This is an attar/pure perfume oil and those nasty oil notes come through clearly in the top notes.
Heart and base notes (After about 5 minutes): oh my god. "Layton | Parfums de Marly" with more spices and a bit more balsamic, pleases my nose a lot. The soft vanilla apple strudel note in Layton is not as elegant here, but it is superbly spicy, fruity and balsamic in combination with the Layton DNA.
H/S: Of all the fragrances I've tested so far in my life, "Royal Chariot Attar | The Dua Brand / Dua Fragrances" is one of, if not the longest lasting fragrance in terms of longevity. However, since it is an Attar and the scent can not spread so well due to the lack of alcohol, the sillage is "merely" good.
Negative: You can not spray the Attar on your clothes, the oil destroys your clothes. Careful!
Meanwhile, one of my top favorites in my collection.
Love :)

The price-performance monster
Moin people,
There are few fragrances that I count to the "non plus ultra spectrum" of the perfume world, however, this is a perfume that definitely belongs there.
Don't let the 7.9 rating fool you, even though it's not really bad. Still, an Orient lover will most likely not rate this fragrance below 8.5.
An absolutely elegant chocolate with present oud and a fine vanilla note. Really great! What makes this fragrance stand out once again is the monstrous longevity and sillage. Guys, I am someone who is into fragrances who wants an H/S of the vintage versions of "Joop! Homme (Eau de Toilette) | Joop!" and "Kouros (Eau de Toilette) | Yves Saint Laurent" and I know what fragrance bombs they were back then and still are for many and right here I can tell you YES! Finally a fragrance that can play in this league. At least 16 hours of longevity with sillage throughout.... fantastic. If you want to stand out, you can't go wrong with this fragrance. However, in my opinion, this fragrance can be worn by more reserved individuals due to its gentle scent profile. A unisex masterpiece with a H/S that is second to none. A must-have for this price!
Love greetings

The ultimate in the perfume world
Yes, many will bang their heads against the wall, as Jeremy so nicely says, and yes, many will be puzzled by this review, but for me, this scent is one of the very few "perfect scents." Before you stop reading, let me explain why.
1. It's a "true" unisex fragrance that develops differently on every skin. If a woman wears this perfume, I wonder how I could ever like this scent so much, yet if I wear this scent, I feel like the Godfather.... Rough, edgy, dark, gritty and mysterious. Damn it Tom, what made you decide to release such a polarizing scent as the first fragrance of your brand.... No risk, no fun, I'd say.
2. Absolutely unique DNA that you won't soon notice while shopping or anywhere else. A, in my opinion, key point to choosing a signature scent.
3. Very good H/S. Lasts at least 10 hours with continuous sillage on my skin.
4. People will remember you guys. Whenever I wear this fragrance and meet a person again who smelled this fragrance on me, they say, "You wore this extraordinary perfume last time, didn't you?" In my opinion, this is also an important criterion for choosing a signature scent.
5. Polarizing. A criterion, which can be seen positively or negatively. Folks, this fragrance has punch and beyond that shy of nothing and no one. If you don't wear this scent, it wears you, so be aware that this scent is not for everyone. It's exactly the same with fragrance DNA. In Europe, floral oriental fragrances don't really go down well, especially on men (hence perhaps the questionable rating of this fragrance).
In summary, this fragrance is a true masterpiece for me. Even if Tom Ford per se is not a niche brand, he makes it clear through such creations that the fragrance DNA of most Tom Ford fragrances are definitely in the niche area. From my point of view a must-have!
Love :)
