The scent is pulling my legs out.

So dark, grounding, warm, elegant and compöex that I fell madly in love.

Plus a kind of vinyl in the top note like Oud Wood, but it quickly gives way.

The base has me so captivated that I get soft knees.

An absolute enlightenment for rose/patchouli lovers with a penchant for darkness.

Unfortunately Tom Ford, so that will probably be diluted soon too and replaced in the range by some almond nonsense.

Tobacco Oud was the revelation of the year for me in 2017.

Dark tobacco, earthy sweetness, kind of goth while also being suitably so. Endless compliments, although I thought he was too weird. 2017 even for the price still with 20h sillage and 3 days longevity.

Out of retro love 2021 ordered one of the last bottles and it came true what many on the Internet had already mentioned: only thin. A touch of the idea that he was once in 2017. 2h shelf life with 4 sprays. Hardly base and smells like a beginner had to make a dupe in 20min.

And probably off the market soon, just like my other love of Tom Ford, Patchouli Absolu. Then I guess we'll part ways and I'll have to look to DUA....

First orange with chocolate.

After 15-30 minutes, finally, this orange goes back where it belongs and makes room for the most authentic and delicious chocolate patchouli blend I know.

So gourmand that even sniffing it made me briefly nauseous after a very expansive dinner.... As if I had virtually consumed an entire chocolate cake to it.

So dense you have to cut the air around the carrier to get to it.

A clear concept statement, loud, deep, truly beautiful and as a perfume, INFINITE.

After one wear all over the place.... Everything I touched that day smelled like Bee for days.

Definitely try it out. At least to wear it then but not to be able to visit this work of art now and then

Finally a pineapple scent that doesn't smell like bro.

Cedrat Boise - good opening, really sad artificial musk in the drydown. Freshie just.

Aventus - was good, 2010. Today only expensive and smelled too much, the Last Christmas of pineapple fragrances.

Hacivat is slightly creamy, smells like good quality and then the oakmoss in the base gives it a great, classic base.

If I had discovered this in 2015, I would have been blown away.

Today I've worn it only once and since then he waits in the closet for his comeback.... Whether that will be again what with us?
