Clothesline instead of mountain peak
For a long time I was looking in vain for a clean freshie that was cool rather than fruity.A freshie without all these maritime or aquatic notes.Personally, I don't need much in my collection just a sensible summer fragrance that doesn't smell like fruit, grapefruit, tea or mint.I didn't want to smell like a freshly cut lemon either and that's where Himalaya came into play.Because that's exactly the fragrance I was looking for. It is metallic-fresh, cool and classy.many see it as trivial.I know what is meant,but I am not interested.everyone should wear what they want.some like to smell like a fruit basket,others like coconut.I like to smell masculine-fresh.and that's where these subtle aftershave vibes that this fragrance has come in just right!
This was also the main reason why the Himalaya was the only Creed that was allowed to move in with me.in my eyes the Himalaya is a pure men's fragrance! Which is not to say that a lady can't wear it, but I personally see it clearly as a men's fragrance. another point is that this fragrance is an all-purpose weapon. i can wear it perfectly in summer and winter, at work and in my free time, during sports and also when shopping. only in the club would I prefer something else. otherwise it's a nice daily on hot days. i prefer it in summer because it cools you down without the help of a minty note
The Himalaya smells really noble and also Creed-typical high quality, so I like to pay a mark more. The longevity is also not so bad for me, especially since it also projects well.
the fragrance is definitely perceptible for 5-6 hours and I always spray it over in summer anyway. You'll get it anyway.
Finally, I wanted to say that I don't think the scent reminds me of a mountain peak as soon as you smell it, but I can understand the direction because its purity and cool freshness create an association with clear mountain air, although the Himalaya reminds me more of a clothesline hung with freshly washed laundry in the garden in summer
