Office Fragrance
Fresh, spicy citrus scent. I wanted to buy a different citrus representative, namely Armani pour Homme, but found it too citrusy. Declaration is spicier (now a bit too spicy for me, I prefer Terre d'Hermes instead), more subtle. Although I like it and also enjoy using it as an office fragrance, I probably won't replace it. Perfect for warm days. The Essence version is warmer, but above all more acidic (rosy) and also a bit woodier.

FlowerPower
Floral & Musk doesn't really sound like for Him. But it is. Probably the crisp fresh style of NRfH from Dior Homme and Fleur du Male differentiates it. Unfortunately, it feels a bit synthetic.
Update 12/12/10:
I use NRpH once a week. The more I use it, the more interesting it seems to me. I find it increasingly sexy. At first, it is sharp and metallic. Not everyone will like it, as can be seen from the comments. Musc for oil is said to be better. I haven't gotten that yet. The 100 ml EdT bottle should eventually run out. It becomes softer, more sensual, and more pleasant later on. Yet it remains primarily crisp. The longevity and projection continue to surprise me. Just when you think everything has faded, you catch a whiff of this light floral, crisp musk blend again. And I enjoy smelling it very much. I can imagine wearing it even more often. Even now in winter. I think it works all year round. It could just come across as more natural. That's why it's also 90%

Simple yet complex
I already liked TdH on the paper strip. On my skin even more. The blend of orange, cedar, vetiver with the mineral notes is heavenly to me. TdH surprises me even after 3 years, although it is simply structured. At first, I applied too much and had to quickly replace the first bottle. 2-3 sprays are enough for me now. I wanted to try more from J.C. Ellena and bought Cartier Declaration blind. I still like it very much, but I wouldn't trade it for TdH. Declaration is more lemony and spicier. I also got the Essence Declaration version and found it to be sour and less fresh in comparison. Recently, I really wanted to try the new perfume version of TdH and I am actually disappointed. I was hoping for a more elegant version for the evening (for that, I will continue with Rochas Lui). I find it way too green, hardly any orange, and somehow too minimal. I stick with the TdH EdT. Every other day (throughout the whole year) and I look forward to it every time. UPDATE: I noticed today that the new discount fragrance UDV Action (see comment) smells very much like Terre d'Hermes after a few minutes (TdH Light).

Clean and Sexy
RGpH did not develop during my first encounter on a paper strip and somehow wasn’t really my thing. Until I tried it on my skin another time and even then I didn’t really realize what a great perfume I was trying. I bought it but was initially reserved about using it in the summer. At first, it reminded me of a sauna-hamam soap and shaving. After 2 years with it, I can’t imagine being without it anymore. I wanted to swap it for Azzaro pour Homme once, but after each Azzaro sample, I found both not similar enough, so this year I also bought Azzaro pH (both are super cheap to get). RGpH is very clean in its composition. Classic but sexy. 2 sprays are already enough. I wear it both with a suit and in my leisure time. Perfect for daytime but also suitable for the evening. A true all-rounder. Bravo Jacques Cavallier.
Definitely try it.

Elegant, modern classic & unique
Rochas Lui is a brilliant blend of cedar, neroli, patchouli & vanilla. I came across Lui when I was looking for something in the direction of Terre d'Hermes but more elegant and suitable for special occasions. At the beginning, Lui is very woody, orangey, and becomes increasingly floral (green) but also soapy, and towards the end it is "vanilla" oriental.
It lasts a very long time and develops unusually, luxuriously. It is very well suited for special occasions, but I also wear it in between when I feel like it. I find Lui excellent, especially with a suit. Comparable is Gucci pour Homme from 2003 (and as I later saw, also by the same perfumer) which is less complex and also more expensive.
Updated.
