Although not extremely complex...
...but I personally find the fragrance excellent.

The fragrance DNA of the original Le Male is probably known to everyone here. In my "going out time" as a teenager, this was one of the most smelled fragrances on the market. I also wore this fragrance for a while because "man" somehow did not get past it. At some point, however, felt all had smelled enough of it...Nevertheless, it was and is an excellent fragrance.

Subsequently, I am at Jean Paul Gaultier only at the Gaultier² and Fleur du Male stuck, which are also in my eyes excellent fragrances, which were unfortunately discontinued.

Now to Le Male Le Parfum...

Le Parfum starts spicy with a cardamom note, which is still supported by other oriental spicy notes. The spicy note does not come along harshly, but has something soft directly at the beginning. Also, the memory of the original Le Male is present, but for my mind far away that Le Parfum comes along independently.

As it progresses, the slightly powdery of the iris joins in and underpins the "softness" of the flanker. The lavender is a constant companion, which forms a kind of frame around the fragrance. The longer the fragrance remains on the skin or clothes, the sweet vanilla note comes to the fore.

Despite the "softness" described by me, the fragrance projects strongly with several sprays, so that other people Ihn clearly perceive. With a lower dosage, however, this is also well wearable at work. The durability is also very good with a normal application. Here there is no reason to complain.

I own this fragrance now for about a year and can recommend it to all who are looking for a soft spicy fragrance, which, if properly dosed, is well received by most people. Suitable rather for the fall / winter or the evening date.

A holiday scent...
So, the summer is over and it's time to dedicate my holiday fragrance a little recession.

After I read various posts and videos on the similarity of Zara Vibrant Summer to Dior Homme Cologne and Mercedes-Benz Cologne (I also own) have seen, I decided to buy the fragrance for my Croatia trip. Consciously, I chose a fragrance where it's not too bad to smell nothing after a swim in the sea. With a price of 7,99€ in the Zara Sale for 120ml, you can't go wrong here at all. Even for the non-reduced price of 19,99€ still worth the money.

The fragrance starts citrus-hot with a clear ginger note. With sharp I mean in this case nothing negative, but the positive of the ginger root. After the start, the fragrance does not change its direction for the time being, but remains citrus-fresh.

Compared to the Mercedes-Benz Cologne, the tuning is not quite as soft. The floral note that carries Mercedes-Benz Cologne after its fresh start, I do not recognize the Zara Vibrant Summer or if only very slightly. Once the citrusiness wears off a bit, light notes of the "light woods" join in, bringing a pleasant yet fresh drydown. The longevity on my skin is slightly better with Zara Vibrant Summer than Mercedes-Benz Cologne, which is probably due to the slightly more "aggressive" presentation. Best eigenet the fragrance at temperatures from 25 degrees.

The so-called "successor" Zara Vibrant Cologne starts, by the way, even sharper, so that this is a little too much for me personally.

Especially for the price in the sale, from me an absolutely unrestricted purchase recommendation. Nevertheless, you can not expect any "miracles" here.

This fragrance will always remind me of Croatia...

One of the best fragrance DNAs
After I have now tested many different designer fragrances, I am again stuck with one of my favorite fragrance DNAs. It started in 2008/2009 with the Dior Homme Intense, whose fragrance inspires me again and again. Since the contents of the 100ml bottle have since dwindled considerably and the rest is "almost" too bad for me to use, I decided to purchase the Dior Homme Original. This version seemed with according to the reviews and statements also clearly "everyday wear".

The Dior Homme Original starts sweet-pudgy, similar to the Intense, but in a toned-down form. At the beginning, I perceive a few minutes (sometimes only seconds) a few very light fresh nuances, which probably arise from the bergamot.

In the further course join for my nose cocoa and leather, whose scents I smell the entire course. The fragrance is never too sticky or sweet for me personally, but works in the interplay of the composition very well coordinated. The durability is not to be compared with the Intense of course but for a few hours, I take the fragrance very well. In the end, he remains only skin close, which, however, does not bother me so much. Sometimes less is more...

For me, it remains one of the best creations that I could smell the last few years and the fragrance DNA will accompany me for a long time. Remains to hope that with the 2020 version, Dior does not take a completely different direction.

Finally, I would like to thank you for the friendliness that prevails here in the forum. Here other forums can cut off some slices...
