Creamy tuberose
When I first encountered Fracas, I was surprised, becaused I excepted I won't like it at all because of the tuberose (when it happened, I didn't like tuberose, because of Do Son, I thought every tuberose smell like that :)).
Much to my astonishment - I liked it.

It was so amazing, creamy and fresh somehow. Loud, but
refined, mature and young in same time.

And the more I wear it, the more I like it, now I am love with it!

In my opinion Fracas can easily worn by every women from age 16-90!

"Smells like a cake"
When I first smelled it, I thought, "Oh, it's beautiful, but I don't want to smell like a cake!"
I decided, that I will only smell, not wear this one. But a few weeks later I just realized, that I used up my third sample, so I have to think about to buy a full bottle! What a suprise! Now however I want to smell like a cake, beacause it is amazing! :)

Spicy tuberose
It is really interesting, just because I am not a tuberose fan (maybe from now I will). But in this fragrance, the tuberose accord so natural and smooth, and the whole parfume is so well-balanced, it is hard to not love it! This perfume is not a "regular" tuberose perfume, uncommon mango-cardamon accord among the head notes, and a tones of pepper, which made the fragrance so peculiar.

For me a pleasant surprise and love at first sniff.

"Patchouli cocholate"
Some weeks ago I got a wonderful wax(solid) sample-set from Serge Lutens. It was a really big surprise, so thus I can smell so many (25!) new fragrance from SL!

It takes weeks, until I've tested them. :)

One of my favorite of those fantastic fragrances was Bornéo 1834. First I found the name of the parfume very interesting, as "Another Perfume Blog" said: "Borneo has a complex history. From what I understand, in 1834 the island was home to several states (and even now, it is now divided between the countries of Brunei, Malaysia, and Indonesia), all of them involved to some extent in the power grabs of the Dutch and British, but at least some (including Brunei) still ruled by their own Sultans. I have struggled to understand why Serge Lutens would have chosen 1834 for the name of this fragrance, and the guess I like the most is that it invites us into a moment when West and East are contrasted with each other, in a place that is in tension but hasn’t yet broken."

And about the fragrance, as Rebella describe it perfectly, probably "the best patchouli ever."

I think patchouli note is beautiful, dark, earthy, woody and sweet, and with the cocoa creates a lovely smell! Simply love it.

Violet candy
When I was a child, in Hungary, there was a sweet candy, which has this kind of fragrance. I adored that candy, so this memory makes me love this scent :)

In YouTube there is a video about Pentachords fragrances, in which Andy Tauer tells a lot of things about these 3 Pentachord parfumes. For example, they are really synthetic, Andy Tauer would like to prove, that a fragrance would be good if only it has five notes and the notes are truly synthetic.

I think sometimes a memory or a feeling can make the fragrance so good.....

The more I wear it, the more I love it.
