"Your scent smells good..."
These were the words of a young lady I did not know, who had noticed my scent from about 4 meters away, after I sprayed it maybe five seconds before on my back of my hand to show it to an acquaintance.
We were at a party and I had Layton with me in a small atomizer to spray during the evening. My friend wanted to smell Layton after telling her that I have a new fragrance and that it is now one of my absolute favourites.
This positive reaction on the part of the ladies is no exception with regard to Layton, rather it is the rule, which I usually experience when I wear Layton.
I have already tested a few fragrances and over the last few years I have acquired one or two fragrances that are said to leave a positive impression on the female sex. Of all these fragrances, Layton is now my definite favourite. It is complex in my eyes, smells very noble and high-quality, lasts very long and simply has something about itself that grabs me over and over again, which brings a smile to my face and convinces me every time that I have probably found MY scent with Layton.
Herod is also in my possession and I also like him very much, especially in the cold season, he is simply perfect in cuddly situations.
I can understand the similarity to Bottled, which is often imputed to him, but in my eyes he smells a maximum of 30% similar to the box-office hit from Metzingen.
But Layton plays in a completely different league in my eyes.
No fragrance has earned me more compliments and at the same time I like so much.
I already know that the empty bottles of this wonderful fragrance will pile up in my showcase in the next few years and I am already looking forward to all the positive reactions Layton will give me in the future.
