Cherry Tobacco / Compliment Getter / Not My Taste
I no playboy, but coincidentally, later in the evening of the day when I tested this fragrance for the first time a girl lay on my chest which told me again and again how good I smell and asked what that was for a perfume. At that point, only the base should have been left.
According to my philosophy, this is exactly what a perfume should do for me: To smell irresistible to people who get close to you. Well, that creates the Herod probably.

Maybe it's just as well that I don't have the finest nose. In fact, I have a terrible sense of smell and only pick up the broad strokes of most scents and can't even smell out the cinnamon in the Herod! That's how bad I am in that regard. But I think that's also a positive thing, because most people who become the olfactory audience of, let's say, perfumos, perceive, I think, primarily this overall impression without - in passing - analyzing the fragrance in its individual parts. And therefore it is perhaps quite good if I comment times as I perceive the.

Herod smells for me at the first spray like a well-made men's perfume. Let's imagine mint smells green and amber smells orange, then I find Herod smells half red. Mixed with the, to my nose, very dominant tobacco, I get the feeling that the same chemicals are in there that used to flavor my cigarette tobacco with "cherry". Does anyone else know cherry or vanilla tobacco? We smoked that stuff as teenagers - awful.
And even though I haven't smelled cherry tobacco in a very long time, I can't get that association away.
That's the dominant scent impression for me with this fragrance.

I am sure that if you smell this but on another person, it seems almost mysterious this perfume, maybe a little sublime without being stuffy, and last but not least, there is an idea of freshness.

What I like about it is that the base is fresher than the heart note (probably vetiver). That's kind of interesting from a design point of view.

All in all, I just don't like this fragrance very much. That is probably nowmal like some people just do not like spinach. I guess to do certain people a favor I'll still wear it occasionally :-)

Shisha bar, anyone? Or: Extremely strong, synthetic-spicy vanilla-apple scent
When I smelled the fragrance the first time the other day, my first association was "Shisha-Bar".
I don't know the exact 'scent scenery' there, never go into one, just walk past it, but this opening, where the extremely synthetic green apple mixed with the light spice of the base comes out so strongly, makes me think about it. And for me this is not necessarily a nice association, I don't want to smell like that. I somehow get the same feeling with the Aventus and although they smell different, they have something in common.
Anyways - at the drydown there is still some of the apple left for my untrained nose, but little. Now a strong vanilla prevails, which looks very synthetic fresh, and a little bit gourmandig.
Mixed with the equally strong spices such as cardamom and pepper, the result is somehow a triad: Synthetic green apple freshness, slightly gourmand, warm vanilla, and masculine spiciness. For those who find this interesting, this fragrance is recommended. Certainly I'm making a fool of myself now, but when it comes to this direction I like the Boss Bottled more - only as far as the scent is concerned - but unfortunately everybody wears it and that's why I wear the Layton ;-D
It's not like he's a bad person. But somehow this shisha bar feeling bothers me
And finally: As far as performance, I feel shabby giving Reflection Man a 9/10. The layton is so strong on my skin and from my bottling that on occasions such as school / office / etc. - where you are sitting close to each other I would not recommend more than a spray. Lasts forever and is really loud. So compared to the Reflection Man this is a 11.5/10.

Resin - honey - blackberry
At least for my nose, these are the three most dominant notes in this perfume, after a day of testing. In combination, the whole thing looks quite noble; of all the perfumes I've been able to test so far, this is the most expensive one. It's almost a golden scent - not metallic-golden; more like honey-gold, bedded on tree resin. One could also say: royal-opulent, but never obtrusive. The fir cone-like resinousness, the honey sweetness and the blackberry are always present and together give a balanced picture. Fits perfectly with a golden watch/chain and dark, noble clothes. I also wear it with all other outfits, on summer evenings, autumn days or winter. The scent is somewhere between sexy and gourmand. Smells very unique in any case. No comment on the price

Sexy Beast
A wonderful fragrance for evenings and nights; the name could not be more fitting. Very manly, very sexy, almost aggressive.
If I were hanging out on summer nights to party or on a date. I can imagine that many women find it perfect and very attractive. Anyone can wear it, young or old. I smell pepper in the first place and practically no cardamom! What does not bother me, I love pepper in perfumes. In the drydown (after 2-3 hours) it is a bit creamier/powdery/sweeter. All in all highly recommended, today 66€ for 100ml paid! Good price/performance ratio

Safe Sage
Very linear perfume with excellent persistence. Sage and moss dominate, in an aquatic environment. A fragrance for very hot days and muggy-warm weather. For young people and the young at heart. Sporty, fresh, not noble, but nevertheless valuable. But in my opinion too expensive as a new acquisition.
