Unveiled magnificence
I'm a big fan of the inexpensive perfumes from Yves de Sistelle since I used Writer and Writer Gold. I blind-ordered this one because the fragrance pyramid already sounded great and I also liked the bottle. Like every smell from YdS this one also offers an amazing price-performance ratio. The smell starts clearly aquatic-citrusy and after some time opens it's magic leathery lavender-patchouli base. Sillage is good, people can smell it from 1-2 meters away and I would say the fragrance easily lasts 6-8 hours, I can even smell it on my clothes on the next day. It reminds me a little of a less sweet Bruno Banani Man, Prada Luna Rossa or YSL La nuit de l'homme probably because of the lavender notes.
For its price, definitely a no-brainer.

A fresh aquatic vanilla spice dream
Since I'm a fan of SPPC Paris Bleu fragrances, I blind ordered this one for just $10. The fragrance pyramid already sounded good, but I didn't expect much from such a cheap cologne. But, oh boy was I wrong. I don't know Paco Rabanne Pure XS but Space Time is definitely a smell you'd expect from a much more expensive perfume. If you like Spice Bomb, you'll probably like this one as well. Although they're different, they share some of the same notes like the citrus, cinnamon and tobacco.
Space Time is perfectly balanced and well thought through. It starts very fresh like woody spicy citrus tree and ends in a spicy aquatic vanilla. Its not overly sweet and well balanced with the cinnamon, tobacco and citrus notes. Longevity is very long, I can smell it on the next day on my clothes. Sillage is decent - not too strong after an hour. The bottle looks very nice, too. If you can grab this for cheap, get it!

An angel with plastic wings
I have the original A-Men and compared these side by side. This one has neither the complexity nor the longevity of the original A-Men. Lasts probably 2-3 hours max.
While the fragrance initially resembles A-Men (I think its actually closer to the female version: Angel) it doesn't have A-Mens perfect balance of subtle sweetness versus spicy / woody. Diable bleu slightly drowns in its caramel honey sweetness. However, if you're a fan of sweet smells this might be a perfect daily perfume for you and probably the closest thing to A-Men / Angel you'll get.
And TBH most people won't probably notice the difference.

Oriental flea market
I don't know if I bought a refill on Ebay that got filled with a really cheap perfume, but I absolutely don't smell anything from the fragrance pyramid. To me it smells like an unbalanced synthetic oriental powdery rose-garden. Almost annoyingly heavy and cheap. Its been mentioned this would be close to Tom Ford Noir, which it isn't at all. Only after hours it loses its imbalance and turns into something more subtle flowery, vanilla and woody. But still not a scent that I would use often. This one will spend its life in the guest bathroom.

Gold doesn't have to be expensive
I don't know the original (Azzaro Wanted), but Writer Gold has promised me a lot when I tried it out, because I'm also a fan of slightly sweet scents, as long as you don't exaggerate it into the penetrant like One Million.

In Writer Gold, the tonka bean, citrus and orange blossom are clearly in the foreground without being penetrating. The perfume smells pleasantly warm and fresh but also a bit synthetic.

In view of the low price, Writer Gold is, however, for me a price racket that you can wear every day.
