Super intense floral
Shadha comes on strong at first. A super intense floral. A dark pink rose and a rich, deep jasmine... not really an indolic jasmine to me, just heady.
When I first apply, it feels too much, but then half an hour later I’m suddenly enjoying the scent cloud floating around me.
It’s a lot like Cabotine and while it doesn’t go on the same olfactory journey Cabotine does, it seems to arrive in a very similar place. Shadha has more depth despite having less notes listed - or not named. Much more pronounced jasmine and rose notes. I don’t detect civet nor that powdery note Cabotine has. It is a touch soapy but it’s more of a nectary honeysuckle note, reminds me of when I used to sip the nectar out as a kid.
I really like Cabotine in both EDP and EDT, but I think I prefer Shadha, it lasts a lot longer on me too, I barely get two hours out of Cabotine, but Shadha seems to stay with me all day.

Beautiful, timeless, green floral
Both the EDT and EDP are a beautiful warm, green, floral.. citrus notes, dark fruits, voluptuous tuberose, honeyed ylang ylang, very slightly tropical ginger lily and peppery carnation with a slightly soapy, slightly dirty civet feel. Smelled up close, the edt feels more sparkly, fresh and sunny and the EDP has a more rounded warmer slightly more musky ambery powdery note and lasts longer than the EDT on my skin. I layer them with Al-Rehab Shadha, which is a lot like Cabotine to me on the drydown, except Shadha lasts a lot longer on me, and oddly enough feels richer and has more depth with much more pronounced jasmine and rose notes.
One of the reasons I got both of these is that I’ve been searching for a Tendre Poison dupe but they don’t remind me of it at all, maybe very distantly, but they don’t bring that feeling that Tendre Poison brought to me, maybe it was the asafoetida and lack of civet. Would love to be able to smell it again.

Soft and sweet
I absolutely adore Al Jawhara. It doesn't have an almond note listed yet I get a sort of airy marzipan candy/candied almond note from it and a hint of plum. So delicious. It's light and soft, sort of a creamy dried powdery quality honeyed sweetness. I don't think it is the same but it reminds me of the memories I have of Guerlain Météorites powder mixed with sugared almonds
Mouthwatering
Brown Sugar Cake Batter is one of my favourite DUAs. It's mouth watering, all about the brown sugar. Deep dark, rich brown muscovado sugar with that hint of molasses; I do get a touch of cake batter and cookie dough and chewy caramel buttery toffee. As it dries down I get a hint of the warm milk and almost woody aspect, similar feeling to the woody note I get in Shaghaf Vanilla Toffee. Reminds me a touch also of Lattafa Artisan Ethnique although Ethnique goes incensey almost nag champa on me combined with the sugar notes.
