Creamy sweet rosy delight
I have only had this creamy, rosy fluffy cloud of joy for a short time, so I know it could very well change over time, but first impressions so far are that Noble Blush is giving everything the notes promised. The imagery in their advertising absolutely set me up, but the smell as soon as I sprayed has totally taken me there… I feel like I’m diving into a stream of creamy sweet rose milk, while sugared puffed clouds of meringue float around me in a pale pink rose petal scented breeze. So, so sweet and edible, yet soft. Lasting power is surprisingly good, I wore to bed and could still faintly smell it on my hand this morning.
I’ve been after a creamy sweet rose confection perfume, mainly inspired by rose Turkish Delight for years, and I love rose perfumes in general, so I was wondering how NB would compare to other rose gourmand or softer pink feeling rose perfumes I have, had or tried..
- Arcana Wildcraft Rapunzel - I think NB came closest with what Rapunzel used to smell like or how it felt to me; a limited edition oil I’ve had for 17 years - and this is a lesson for me to use perfumes I love because some are best used fresh, and this was a stunning rose scented custard with a dollop of sugared cream. It’s now been taken over by an amped up rose geranium and slightly soured milk notes; however NB has mostly filled the craving of my memory of the smell of Arcana’s Rapunzel when I first opened her
- Lattafa Mohra Silky Rose - also feels a little closer but mainly in mood, with its silky ethereal pale pink floral rose
- Paris Corner Rua Radiant Roses - not really close, for me Radiant Roses is chewy sticky rosewater jelly with a thin coating of milk chocolate, Fry's Turkish Delight in particular
- Serge Lutens Rahat Loukoum - more amaretto marzipan with nary a hint of rose
- Keiko Mecheri Loukhoum - From what I remember KM Loukhoum was more a powdery honey rose almond candy
- Delina - I’ve tried both versions but own Maison Alhambra Delilah and Armaf Club de Nuit White Imperiale, so this is more my perspective of those being bolder, fruity, green, fresh, softened incense rose
- Good Girl Blush Elixir – a bold pink rose with the ylang ylang and patchouli
- Lattafa Affection - ksperfumeparadise on tiktok mentioned that Affection and NB share a similar style nutty accord; and when I tried side by side, with the exception of course NB being rose milk and almonds and Affection pistachio and hazelnut, it absolutely does! It explains the beautiful airy note to me.
For other comparisons I've seen, for me..
- Lattafa Yara - sweet milky pink floral, very slight touch similar but not edible and NB feels more dense in its notes yet airy.
- Amouage Guidance - Some have mentioned Guidance and I love it but I don’t see it at all in NB
So far to me, even though these are all in a similar realm with some similar notes and/or a mood, Noble Blush stands alone with its gorgeous rose milk note and airy meringue which makes it perfectly pink, fluffy, sweet and unique to my collection.

Sultry vanilla!
Empire Victor smells like warm, vanilla-ry skin. This is what another version of TF Vanilla S*x could be but without the playdoh note. *However* I have the oud version Jan 2024 which I think is anything pre April 2024 from SiminShaikh on YouTube. I've only had it a couple weeks so will see how it changes over time but right now it's a beautiful deep vanilla essense with a touch of toffee caramel vibe, but the oud is giving it a sultry feel, like the smell of skin all warm under the covers in the morning. It's defintely a very musky animalic oud but not overly to my nose. It's also amazing for layering with other fragrances, anchors them down and gives them extra oomph!
Gorgeous honeyed white floral!
Mazaaji is such a beautiful rich and honeyed white floral! The orange blossom and jasmine are perfectly melded together with the sweetest, syrupy honey. There is the slightest hint of lemon and eucalyptus elevating it, making it feel fresh and elegant. A perfect spring time scent, but I wear it anytime! I definitely get the Elie Saab Le Parfum Royal vibe too.
Beautiful and comforting
This is so cosy, sweet, enticing and absolutely intoxicating. Something about it just completely captures me. I love to wear it to bed and sometimes with Mix:Bar Whipped Almond. I actually haven't worn it out and about that often yet as I've been on a testing frenzy. But when I come back to this I'm just...ahhhhhhhh. Its longevity is quite good but not amazing which is something I'm always after in a perfume, maybe a few hours? Will come back and adjust if necessary.. I’m curious about its projection to others as well but I’m just loving this for me right now, the notes all combine to be just stunning. I'm sure they are contributing but I'm not really getting the florals, I mainly get the amber (not resinous here), and the softest, gently airy sandalwood, musk.. and fluffy vanilla (albeit it’s not listed in the notes). I did note that it reminds me of SJP Stash but it only does right at the driest of the drydown of Stash as Stash is quite stark and heavy on me initially but the reminiscence of it is there. I prefer alibi eau sensuelle a million times over. So much so that I initially bought the 30 ml from Chemist Warehouse (in Australia), then two weeks later went back and got the 100ml. Very reasonably priced also.
Update 13 Mar 24 - Have been wearing in the office and can smell it lightly around me for about five and half hours. Layered today with Lattafa Khamrah and Nasheet.. I'm not sure if others can smell it unless they get very close, but I'm very happy in my heavenly soft little scent bubble :)
