Salted Peach Peel with Creamy Clean Jasmine
Tried it in Paris today.
Lovely! Natural peach smell with loads of jasmine in the middle and base.
Very refined and natural, silky, smooth as usual with L’Artisan.
The peach is more of a dry peach peel, with salty nuances, not really a sugary fruity peach.
Then the jasmine makes it really creamy and clean, floral.
Very great and silky launch from this top quality house.

Jasmine and sun tan lotion
Tried at the store today.
Brilliant launch by Penhaligon’s, this smells very solar and bright, happy. Smells like you’re between jasmines and a beach.
Loads of natural jasmine and yellow powder given by the ylang ylang.
The tiaré gives that sun tan lotion vibe, beach vibes, and the vanilla in the background, mixed with the flowers, reminds me of a more delicate and floral version of rosendo mateu 5.
Spot on, more on the feminine side.

So nice and sexy
I am completely digging the sample i ordered.
It’s a gorgeous dark and smoky vanilla which has a lot more than those 3 declared notes.
And no, don’t worry, it doesn’t smell of Oud, there might be a drop in the whole composition but is undetectable.
The first seconds are strong, very middle eastern, but it quickly fades into a damn sexy and elegant dark and complex vanilla. I can smell suede in this, cedarwood, pepper.
I would describe it as a moving point in a triangle where the corners would be Babylon, Babycat and Rosendo Mateu 5, made with l’artisan’s unique refine and class.

The price? Too much.

Modern perfumery at its best
I like it. I really like it.
This scent is so much more than simple oranges & bergamots. It has a very complex and stable base in the background, made of ambers, modern molecules and very pungent aroma chemicals which literally trap the tangerine smell for long long long time.
This is not at all a simple cologne. It might have a cologne vibe but with much more stuff inside which makes it smell like a very elegant, classy and modern perfume. Absolutely huge compliment getter.
The price though... i'm not discussing wether it's worth or not, i just think that 260€ for a bottle it's just mad. Being such a huge company like LV and they can get the best prices of raw materials, bottles etc. Even if it was made of Oud or Vanilla Absolute, the price tag is damn crazy.
For me the performance is really good, everybody around me can smell it and they say i leave a trail even 8hrs later. I usually apply 5-6 sprays around the neck and one in the back of my head, so the shirt gets some perfume too.

This is so BAD!
Daaamn, i knew it’s cheap but man, this is really really bad for me.
I don’t smell any pineapple, i just smell a bunch of tropical fruit accord “on a budget” quite disgusting, with a very very boring background in an invictus style.
This is (again) really bad and something i’ve smelled hundreds of times on the street.
