Well, there I was, deeply conflicted with myself...
On the one hand, I found and still find the brand owner rather unappealing, on the other hand, I am an absolute fan of cherry fragrances...

Well, I want to test the fragrance, not have a beer with Kai
So I joined the sharing and off I go.

After spraying it on for the first time, the fragrance starts with the promised, really not-so-sweet cherry and almond and (for me personally) too much alcohol.
Smells like the very strong cherry liqueur that grandma always used to drink at birthday parties
Unfortunately, the alcoholic note lingers on my skin well into the base, and that's what keeps us from becoming friends.
I like the cherry itself, but for me it is too dominated by the alcohol. It's like the Harald Juhnke of cherry fragrances. As it progresses, a cinnamon spice is added, but still behind the alcohol.

H/S are good, I get a good 8 - 9 hours.

I have to say, though, that I don't understand some of the reviews here. As mentioned at the beginning, I'm really not a fan of K.P., but if you rate such a solidly crafted fragrance with 0.5 - 4, then that's not objective in my eyes. I think it's a shame and undeserved.
Of course, when you buy a full bottle, you also buy the brand, especially in the price range.
You can still decide for yourself whether you like the person(s) behind the brand or not and take this into account.
But the fragrance doesn't change anything.
