Legacy
Like a heartfelt ode to her late father, Pissara Umavijani crafted this fragrance to be as precious as the cherished memories they shared.

Montri opens its aromatic symphony with a gentle cloud of spices, a harmonious blend of Saffron, Nutmeg, Coriander, Cinnamon, and Oregano, dancing in perfect balance. Imagine the tonifying energy of Petitgrain and the subtly sweet allure of the perfumer's own Dried Fruit Accord, like a warm embrace of nostalgia.

In the heart of this olfactory journey, envision the deep soulful beauty of Orris Butter, reminiscent of a tender embrace from her father. Blooming alongside are the lush Roses of May and Damask, the delicate allure of Jasmine Sambac, and the captivating Ylang-Ylang. Picture a soft Leather Accord, adding an edgy undercurrent, like memories filled with both strength and vulnerability, accompanied by the fleeting whispers of Tobacco, just like the moments shared with her father.

As the fragrance gently settles into its base, the precious Oud Palao takes center stage, shimmering in all its complex olfactive glory. Picture the Oud as a radiant gem, embraced by earthy Patchouli, comforting Sandalwood, rooted Vetiver, and the regal notes of Cedarwood and Oakwood. Wrapped in the warmth of Tonka Bean, it leaves an enchanting trail, like the lasting legacy her father left behind.

"Montri" is not just a fragrance; it's an immersive experience that beautifully captures the essence of memories, love, and the everlasting bond with a father.

Secret society x

I bought a few fragrances from David recently and all I can say that they're all high quality blends, without a doubt, but I kinda think that this one is my favorite from the ones I got!

That lemon kush and bergamot freshness in the opening is pretty amazing! Beautiful balance but also a contrast to the vast, rich variety of ouds used here, meditative incense and darkness from Tibetan musk. I love how this fragrance changes on the skin! After cca 10 minutes, lemony facets and mild funky sourness from Indian oud are toning down and I am starting to get semi-sweet florals and creamy sandalwood with sprinkles of bright warm amber on top, while finest selections of ouds are still shining through the blast of beautiful neroli and light fruityness at around 20 mins in! Subtle sour facets also took a twist into more of a precious woods/seductive aroma! This is a rich and complex beauty in full bloom! Elegance at it's best!

Ouds used here are: Santosa, Bhutanago, Perfumer's oud by Ensar with Viet Crassna and Moish.

This fragrance will make you feel like you're a member of a secret society that treasures old and hidden knowledge about life and death.

Hello darkness my old friend..
This fragrance was my favorite from the SORADORA range and let me tell you why is that so.

My favorite designer fragrances ever is sadly discontinued Gucci Pour Homme I, I am just mesmerized by what Michel Almairac did there!

Kamel Oud is definitely not a clone and not a copy of GPHI buuuut they do share a similar DNA. KO is probably one of the most inoffensive fragrances with "oud" in it's name that I ever encountered. From the quick chat with one of the guys from SORADORA crew, I was given an impression that what they wanted to accomplish with this one was exactly that! To create dense but not off-putting, likeable and wearable westernized oud fragrance where oud doesn't scream fecal, barnyard or even animalic, so for all of the hardcore oud or animalic lovers, you can skip this one! Buuut if you dig cumin, you're in for a threat! Because every illusion of animalic nuances here is coming exactly from-cumin. Big blast of cumin and pink pepper is what I'm getting right off the bat, which is followed by elemi and saffron and of course the two main players papyrus and that pencil shaving-cedar! Laotian oud is there to keep things interesting!

But this fragrance do smells opulent and regal, dark and dry...sometimes two dimensional and sometimes three or even four dimensional, it depends on the temperature, but I like it just the way it is! I am wearing the heck out of it and I can definitely recommend you to at least try it for yourself!

Boots of Spanish leather
Imagine this: medicine, horses, stables, sweat, leather gloves and sex! This is exactly how this spanish leather smells!

Personally I get a lot of medicinal and sorta herbal nuances with something burning in the background. I picture a small medieval town and apothecary with dusty wooden shelves full of all sorts of medicine bottles driping on the already soaked wooden floor, making that aromatic feel in the air which is intertwined with sweaty tanned leather gloves, horse stables nearby and maybe even a breeze from a brothel across the street!

Comforting fur!
It's Sunday, the morning is gloomy and foggy outside. Wearing Civet de Nuit, you are being wrapped in the gentle and warm feeling of the finest fur on your skin..it envelops you with it's softness and gives you a sense of comfort and security while the first drops of rain are gently touching the flowers in your garden under your window, the smell is divine! There are some rich heliotropes and ylang-ylang, which give an almondy and silky floral touch to the composition, then Jasmine comes to play and seductively dance with animalics like civet and even more prominent-castoreum, especialy at the very first spray!

Dark, floral, animalic and fuzzy where rich florals are the main players! Very cozy fragrance from Russian Adam and Sultan Pasha. Great collab guys! Bravo!
